Very friendly and patient staff. Dr. Pederson is professional and friendly. When I called to make an appointment, an actual human answered—no call tree—good old-fashioned customer service.

Fast and easy to schedule an appointment (they use Zocdoc) and the staff is very nice. Dr. Kincaid was amazing. Her bedside manner was fantastic. She was so friendly and explained everything so well. Highly highly recommend.

Dr Kincaid is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and makes going to the eye doctor fun.
