We have used Simply Floors twice now and the install and flooring quality is top notch. The cost is slightly more than big box stores, but the difference in quality is worth it. Kristin is responsive and easy to work with. The crew was fast, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend!

New floors look fantastic!!! Lilia helped us through the process and made sure everything went smoothly. She was even accommodated our custom riser request. They turned out fantastic. Install was super quick, 1300 sq ft went in in under 8 hours. Super impressive! Thanks simply floors!

Sales, coordination and installation went very well. Communication regarding coordinating installation and any questions we had were quickly addressed. The installers were very polite. There was some confusion due to language barrier but it was overcome. They were super nice and cleaned up after themselves very well. They did a good job. We're pretty happy. Would most likely use them again - but we did our entire house so it may be a while ;0)

The hickory flooring installed by Simply Floors is gorgeous. The lead time from decision to install was very short. The install went extremely fast, smoothly and the install crew was impressive, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly proficient and deserves special credit for the resulting outstanding finished product.

Picking out carpet brand, color, style etc. can be a difficult task. We walked into Simply Floors and were greeted by Tamila. She was very knowledgeable and walked us through the various options making our final choice very easy to make. Our installer, Uriel, did a perfect job, He was very aware of our needs and treated our home with respect. I would highly recommend Simply Floors.

Great company to work with! Tamila was our initial contact when she came to look at our master bath floor. She was very professional with good ideas & that decorator’s eye. The flooring came in in about 2 weeks & was installed within 10 days or so. The installers did a great job & cleaned up after themselves! I am so happy with my new floor! It’s exactly what I wanted!

Simply Floors did a great job installing carpet in our entire downstairs lower level. They even did a tricky install in our theater area with the raised flooring area. It was delight to work with Macy…she was super helpful, responsive and very professional. When she came out to measure she even hauled over several carpet sample boards. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased.

This is our first time using Simply Floors and we were so thrilled with the service. Tamila, our service representative, was extremely helpful. She provided us with 5+ star assistance, lending us sample boards several times, responding very quickly to our emails and got prices and contract information to us in a timely fashion. The install team was quick, tidy and friendly. Really could not have asked for a better overall experience. If we have any flooring needs again, we won't hesitate to go back.

We used Simply floors to carpet the ground level in our home. They did a fantastic job! We originally were going to go with a "big company" but they "did not do baseboards"; just the carpet, and would not do floor prep, and to top it all off, had just a plethora of boring beige carpet to choose from, lol. Not so at Simply Floors! Even though it was two crews, when we walked in, Misty assured us their crews could do it all, even if it was on a couple different days. They made the process easy. Tamila was great to work with and not pushy at all. We had chosen carpet at the store, and another new and nice service rep had helped us there, writing down what we liked. Tamila bought over a few more samples to our house when measuring she thought we might like and none of them were plain and beige. :).
The crew worked their tails off. Jesus Jr. (Chuy) and Jesus Sr. were amazing. Simply AMAZING, I cannot stress it enough! Our patterned carpet looks fantastic! They were so friendly and professional. Everyone was great. The one thing Connie with scheduling did not respond to well was email (with the exception of Tamila, she got right back every single time), but that was fine. We just called her and worked everything out to make sure we had the right installer for the type of carpet we chose. We cannot recommend Simply Floors enough for their dedication to a job done well from start to finish. No worries at all like with the big box stores. They make everything seamless. If you are thinking about going with this company vs. another; stop what you're doing and go with Simply Floors!! :)

We had a great experience with Simply Floors. Alycia was extremely helpful in helping us find the right carpet and coordinating install for us. We had a small challenge that they quickly acknowledged and immediately corrected. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet needs. Their pricing was also very upfront which I found larger carpet stores in the area not to be.

Simply Floors is simply the best. From our initial consult and design with Lilia, to Connie and Kimberly who helped with scheduling, to the actual installation crew who were extremely professional and hard working ... we couldn't be happier. We never felt pressured, and Lilia especially provided great insights that helped us stay within our budget without sacrificing quality. Our Doma luxury vinyl flooring is just beautiful, and we would definitely use their services again.

Extremely pleased with the entire process and results of working with Simply Floors. Lilia was our consultant she was fantastic! We are so happy with our stair carpet runner that looks like a rug! Beautiful carpet at an affordable price we could not find anywhere else in Denver. Lilia was awesome to come out early in our project and again to measure. The installation team was great! So happy with Simply Floors!
