Michelle did my makeup for my senior pictures and it was incredible! It turned out so gorgeous, and the application process was so smooth. This is her third time doing my makeup, and like usual I loved it! Couldn’t recommend her more :)

This is an okay-location usually. I went in there a couple of days ago to buy something and when I asked one of the associates (blonde lady, arm tattoos, didn’t get her name) if it was possible to try a sample of a specific perfume she said “no because of COVID, they’re not allowed to make perfume samples”. Okay, here’s the thing, I know it’s not a big deal and I understand that nobody is entitled to a sample, but her explanation doesn’t add up. I lived in the building right behind this location up until a few months ago and I would come here quite often. My partner and I never had an issue getting any fragrance samples in the past from this location (my partner buys/collects niche fragrances). So my issue is just, why make up a lie/elaborate explanation? I don’t care about the sample, a no is a complete answer, I care about the blatant lying because it’s just so weird to me that you would lie about something like that. My partner and I asked (separately) customer service and they both responded to us that “no, that wasn’t actually a policy they had”. I’m sorry, but just lying to people like that is just so weird and what’s taken us so aback. We usually like the chill vibes in this location but that was just so off-putting I had to say something.

Not the best customer service. “Sales” girls were unhelpful. Then upon checking out, they refused to accept my gift card and told me the gift card was only for the store it was purchased at. It was purchased at a grocery store in LA, not at a Sephora store. It also very clearly says on the gift card that it is for use at all stores and online. I put almost everything back except a couple of necessity items because I didn’t feel like spending much money here. Went to a different Sephora, had a much better experience and purchased way more items.

Placed an online pick up order for this Sephora. Picked it up Tuesday morning. The girl at the pick up counter was so mean. She ignored me 3 times while scrolling on her handheld device. Then she gave me the wrong order. Overall, not good service or experience. She should reconsider her job choice if she doesn't like working with the public, as that's how I felt leaving.

Went in there Saturday the 13th to purchase a gift for my mom and after arriving to the checkout I learned that they had suspected me of stealing. Only after spending over $150 did they change their mind. It’s demoralizing to suspect someone of that simply for walking around. You’ve lost a customer.

First and last time at this location. Walked in to find a new scent and was greeted but offered no further assistance from there. Watched the associates behind the counter offer assistance to “other” guests as they roamed around but was offered nothing still as I continued browsing in plain view as well. Also observed more questions being asked about how the shopping experience was during check out for “other” guests but did not receive the same questions on my end during checkout. Will definitely just stick to ulta from here or online Sephora shopping going forward. ?

Doesn’t carry anything, I don’t know if this is intentionally a partial store but it’s worthless to shop in this location, go to a different one or stick online
