For years, this was a great place. I even recommended it to several friends, too. In the last year, something changed. Issues I have not had with other institutions I have now had several times in just the past year with SSCU. Things happen, I get it and it's o.k. But on one recent issue, I was told 7 very different things on 7 different calls while trying to resolve a fairly simple issue. More than 3 months later, something that should have taken one call to resolve is still dragging on, still unresolved and when it is, I will immediately cancel all my accounts with SSCU. I have also told the same thing to friends who I told to open accounts there, to close them out and go somewhere else before the same thing happens to them.Reply to SSCU reply: No thanks, Mari. The only contact I am having is on resolving that issue and getting my accounts closed. Several of the calls with your organization had the same issue where I was passed off from representative to representative. One had all my info, the next couldn't find any. It's amazing how scammers and hackers have been able to access my info with you better than your own organization can find it.

Came in to close an account that I wasn’t in need of anymore. Jimmy Pak and the rest of the team gave me insight on another account that I could benefit from. Answered all my questions and we got it all set up with ease like a professionals they are. Thank you!

I have been a member of Security Service Federal Credit Union- Centennial for almost 10 years. The quality of their service and the expertise they provide really shined through two days ago when I needed immediate assistance for a complicated situation. They worked with me for an hour and a half— answering all of my questions, handling all of the paperwork. At 2 PM the situation was resolved and I was delighted. I was so relieved and delighted that I had the opportunity to work with Haylie, Jimmy and Rachel. They are a great team and had my back – talk about a sense of security! I plan on telling my fellow Senior friends how exceptional SSFCU!

Been banking here for years. Staff members are very pleasant. Love the person that helps me here, ask for Jimmy if you need an account set up. Ask about a money market plus account .. worth it.

I am a new member to SSFCU and this branch couldn’t have made me feel more welcome! Daniela helped me with a loan application and was extremely knowledgeable and personable and made the process feel effortless. Troy helped me set up a checking account and Rachel processed a transaction for me. I haven’t had a more seamless, collaborative, and thorough banking experience in a long time. Highly recommended!

THiE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They make it convoluted and almost impossible to get a car loan done in their 30 day window. They are unhelpful at best, and deliberately obstructive at worst. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Marissa was new-ish and helped me open a MMS account and multiple minor accounts for my nieces and nephew. She was patient and went out of her way to get all the items I needed completed done. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and even sent me a follow up email- I liked that personal touch. A+

Well, once again, Security Service County Line has gone above and beyond to be truly compassionate and professional! Management also demonstrates the same tier of qualities listed above. Corporate and Management should both be glad to know that they have such great staff and recognize accordingly. It's not common to find this type of customer service anywhere, at any level, in any industry in the current times! Cheers!

There is customer service lacks the resources to take care of customers waiting in the lobby. I have just became a member and not likely I'll be there much longer.
