I was in your store on Sunday night (Jan 28th) and wanted to let you know that April who was working the register was really awesome! I was having the worst day and she helped turn it around for me. She complimented my purchase and we ended up having the most fun chat while I was checking out. I went in there irritated and left laughing. Having great people on the register make such a difference! I'll shop here again just for that kind of customer service!

I had a very good experience at your store. I live close to Brighton, Co.,but my daughter lives around there. I went into your store and met one of your employees by the name of Michelle, even though she was busy, she took the time to help me with different things that I needed to buy. I was very grateful that she was so patient with me, being that my hearing was not good since I recently got out of the hospital. Thank you very much.

I really like Ross if you look carefully ? you find very beautiful and different clothes and good quality with fine brands. My experience this time, I noticed beautiful Christmas tablecloths, cushions and a beautiful Christmas manger. And really what I liked most about the store were the two employees at the checkout counters who were so friendly and the Special Customer Service ??. It was in Centennial. I ? loved it. Thanks for the Courtesy.

Great customer service from cashier Chibi. Even tho she was the only one there she kept calm and continued to do her best after line after line. But I wonder why the manager could not be her backup it’s a lot of stress to put on one person should be a team effort. Thank Chibi for still have a good attitude and serving customers. Hard working deserves a rise

Nice and clean! There is plenty of parking and the staff is welcoming. The shelves are pretty stocked with plenty of options.
