Terrible customer service. I run a business in which I receive dozens of checks every week. We never have issues with any checks except those drawn on Redstone accounts. I contacted Shelley for resolution, and she not only refused to help, she threatened to badmouth me to my clients also. EDIT: 7 months after posting this comment, I received several emails from Tony Anderson, Redstone's CEO, within a span of 2 days. He did not inquire what happened; he did not apologize for Redstone's poor service, and did not offer to fix the problem. Instead he called me a coward and demanded that I remove my review or "defend" myself. In addition, he said that _I_ have poor customer service because I did not reply to his email within 24 hours. It is obvious that Redstone's customer service issues are systemic and pervasive and come from the top tiers of management.
