Allstate itself isn't bad but Agent Rachel Moszer and her assistant Crystal aren’t the brightest. Rachel is definitely all about her money and not her clients, not very personable at all. Not willing to work with you by any means. Rates are a lot higher than other places I suggest shopping around first before going with Allstate initially. If you do chose to go with Allstate I definitely recommend going with a different agent.

We have had insurance with Rachel for years . Recently had an escrow account issue. So helpful ! She always knows us by name. Always makes sure we get discounts and great coverage . Very professional and friendly . Highly recommend

I was a client less than two years, recommended by my realtor. In the time I rarely spoke to Rachel, her assistants seemed to do most of the work. When Allstate jacked up premiums by 20% on my renewal this year she literally laughed at my questioning of it and gave no explanation other than “the big hail storm last year” (I’ve had no claims with Allstate or any other homeowners insurance in 20+ years. I found a more customer friendly Allstate agent and have been very happy with that person. Rachel has refused to sign over her commissions of my business to them. She did nothing to earn me as a client or retain me as one, but will behave unprofessionally yo earn money. For that alone she does not deserve anyone’s business. She is shocking. Find someone else.

I've had my insurance with Rachel for many years. I have two vehicles, multiple rental properties, my personal home, and an Umbrella Policy to tie it all together. She knows the ins/outs of each policy to be sure we're covered no matter what the situation. Quick and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Never in my 40+ years of dealing with insurance agents have I dealt with a less responsive agent. Calls never returned, questions unanswered. Finally had to move on.
