Alec took great care of me. He managed minor delays very well and made sure I was more than satisfied with my visit.

I took my F-250 in on a Wednesday for an electrical issue. Despite the information I provided explaining the situation, the service people concluded that it was simply a battery problem. They did an initial test and charge and stated that it was fixed. I insisted on a more in-depth test, which the battery failed. They replaced the battery (only 2 years old) and claimed again that the problem was remedied. If only! During the entire time they had the truck, the service advisor never contacted me. I had to regularly check on status. Finally on Friday afternoon they claimed the truck was ready. I requested a shuttle, which never came so I was stranded on a Friday afternoon. Collected the truck on Saturday, drove home and discovered that the problem had not been fixed. Back in on Monday this week and spoke to the Service Manager who promised me a call Monday afternoon with repair plan. Of course, no call. And certainly no apologies. Save yourself some time, headaches and money: GO ELSEWHERE. This outfit is just not reliable and couldn't care less about customer service.

Groove Ford service I had a check engine light come on in my truck. I had the code read and it was misfire on my #4 cylinder. I dropped my truck off at Groove Ford on 10/21/2022. I received the text at check-in and this was the way I was to contact my service advisor. After multiple texts and no response I called. I actually talked to the service advisor twice with a promise to call back within the hour. That did not happen. Finally on day 7 I called and was told again he would call me. instead I received a text with about $6000.00 in repairs. The funny thing was that out of 6 major repairs 5 had already been completed. I had an invoice for those repairs and there was no evidence of oil leaking from my truck. i finally picked up my truck and I will take it back to the shop that did the repairs. The shop that did the repairs asked for the truck back ASAP to see what was going on. I will never take anything back to Groove or buy anything from them. I have 2 friends that have vehicles currently at Groove and they have been ghosted with no response from anyone. Chapel Hills Ford in the springs may be a drive but the service dept is top notch.

If you're a Veteran, your vehicle will be stolen from. I had an oil change a few weeks ago here, the young mechanics saw my US Army plate and apparently gutted my trunk. My Owners Manual was stolen, Wheel locks, car jack the whole nine. I get a flat, bring it in, and thats when I find out. Good thing I didn't go cross country! I made a sheriffs report, apparently it was because I was a Veteran that my car was defaced, service was refused, and my paid warranties were denied. This is a fraudulent company that preys on Veterans simply for the sake that we served. If you're interested in being robbed while young men look at their phones, look no further.

Took my F150 4x4 to the quick lane service at Groove Ford for a oil change and tire rotation. $30 just for the tire rotation is absurd but I was overdue so I let them do it anyway. When complete I asked how they rotated the tires and the serviceman said, "straight front to back and back to front". I told him that was wrong and that the front should be crossed when you put them to the back. He said if I wanted it fixed I would have to get back in line and wait another hour! I then spoke to the manager. He told me that is how Ford trained them to do it and that " honestly it doesn't really matter which rotation pattern you use"! Serious? It doesn't really matter? I'm seriously doubting that Ford trained it's mechanics to simply put the front straight to the back and the back straight to the front on a four-wheel-drive truck. I even looked up on Fords website the last 15 years of owners manuals for the F150 and it states in there that the fronts need to be crossed and then put on the back. Even shows a picture! Are they saying that the owners manual for the last 15 years is wrong and that only Ford mechanics know the "super secret correct" way of rotating tires? Also, look on any tire manufacture website and it shows to cross the tires when moving them to the back on a 4x4. Not only do they not know what they are doing but the customer service is horrible. THIS is why people hate dealerships. Stay away from Groove Ford, several family members (and even the reviews) warned me of this place but no, I had to feel the pain personally! And the crappy part of the whole thing is that NOBODY at the entire store could give 2 squats they are losing customers.

This dealership is terrible, I will never use them again and highly recommend you don't either. Read the reviews, they could care less about your time, pricing if ridiculous, you will regret going here.

Have a 2017 Ford Escape and woke up to find the ambient temp sensor light came on. Check engine light. Brought it to the Grove Ford service department on Arapahoe to find that Ford designed the sensor with a soy-based lubricant which attracts animals, (google it) and put the wire in a place easily accessible to rabbits and squirrels. I paid for the repair (over $800) and found that 3 days later, the sensor came back on again. I brought it back over to Groove Ford on Arapahoe and they again claimed that animals had eaten the wire. After 3 days!! They just texted me that it's ready for pick up the second time. I texted them back and asked if they had done anything different after the second repair to prevent this problem from happening again and have gotten no response back from their tech. They just want to get paid again. I then called and spoke to a service manager and got the same response; that he doesn't work for Ford. Ford pays all their salaries but there is no accountability. Solution - Like maybe coat the sensor with bad tasting grease, encapsulate the sensor, maybe stop making sensors out of food derivatives; something. These guys cannot think outside the box and I would highly recommend that everyone stay far away from this company. UPDATE -- Groove Ford presented me with an additional bill for over $1,100 for the repair of this temp sensor, which I paid. Car is in the garage and I will be selling it and buying a new one in the morning. $2000 in 6 days for something that should have been fixed right the first time. I will never buy a Ford again.

This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Took my Escape in for a recall about a month ago, came to pick it up later that day and they misplaced my key?? Not sure how a CAR DEALERSHIP even does that. Took them 20 minutes to find it and send me on my way. Fast forward a couple weeks, and my car is still having issues. Called them back and asked which recall they had fixed (apparently I had a couple outstanding still). The associate had the worst attitude, snapped at me, and was not helpful. He told me to bring my car back in, I asked if it was a recall appointment or a service appointment, to which he VERY rudely responded: "Like I said, the car needs to be inspected. Just bring it in." I'd do ANYTHING to take my car to ANY other dealership than this one without having to drive 45+ mins. These guys are awful, have the worst attitudes, and don't fix things the first time. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I had work done by this dealership on a Wednesday, it's a 2018 Ford fusion hybrid, they said it was a shifter control module, so they needed to take my tire off to get underneath the passenger front seat to replace the module, in doing so there is a piece of metal sticking out from the axle that should've been up and down and it was sticking straight out. What happened was it rubbed my tire on the inside a complete 360°. (See photo below) it happened after two days of driving only going to my work and back 10 minutes each way. When I called the dealership at 8 AM Friday morning the lady on the phone said there was nothing that they could do because "they don't cover that", even though this is 100% their mistake, I now had to pay an extra $250 to get my tire replaced and to get it installed and there's no compensation or any sort of apology from this dealership. Wow.

On groove ford. Website and a third party App they are presenting cars for sale that belong to other customers orders. So when you get there they do not have those vehicles. The sales person came out and was obviously high which I get it we are in CO but I don't go to work drunk and sales associates shouldn't come to work high. I showed him the bronco in question and first words out of his mouth was 60k oh hell no we do mark ups no way it's that price, and then Said can I see I showed him and he took the vin number and went to look it up, came back and was like yeah nah that is a customer order. And is in route. So not for sale. Then don't put the vehicle on your site or allow a third party App to display it as you are selling it. So glad I ordered my bronco from another dealership, I rather wait another 9 months then deal with these people.

I am completely appalled by the lack of customer service and ability to even listen to a customer who is spending over $100,000 on a brand new truck and services ... got my winch installed by them which they installed wrong so also unsure if any of their techs have enough experience to be doing the jobs needed. Scratched my paint dented the s*** out of my radiator and didn't even put the right fittings in... then we brought it back for them to fix it and install the camera they couldn't find that came from the factory they wanted to go on day three with absolutely no communication and probably wouldn't have known what was happening if we didn't call ourselves. we got a hold of our mechanic who was Tom and he has even worse customer service and hung up on us when we were frustrated with the lack of communication. I'm super disappointed and feel like what a waste of talent. They need corporate to rehaul and revamp this place. So much potential but no social skills. We will not be returning unless they can make it right which seems quite impossible at this point.

BEWARE OF BUYING USED FORDS. I bought a used 2016 Ford Fusion from groove Toyota. I had loud rattling under the hood not even a year after buying the car. I brought it to cord who then proceeded to ask me if I had wrapped some kind of rodent tape around the wires under the hood. I told them I bought it used and had not done anything under the hood. SO MUCH FOR MULTI-POINT INSPECTION, HUH? The car's engine eventually died in 2019. First and last time I buy a Ford vehicle.

$60,000 for a 2022 Ford Bronco. You'd expect to get what you pay for, right? There never should be a problem with a car I had owned for less than 2 weeks, but somehow there was. I bought my Bronco from Biener Ford in Great Neck, NY and proceeded to drive it cross-country. It was 108 degrees out and I was driving across Kansas when my AC stopped working. I called Beiner Ford in NY to ask for help, and they pretty much told me to "Go F myself". Unless I was bringing the car to them, they wouldn't bother to lift a finger. Meanwhile I was on I-70 westbound in bumblefruck nowhere Kansas and I was literally melting in the sun's rays. I called home and asked my pops to help me out. He found Groove Ford on his own after calling about 6 Ford Dealers in the Denver area. They were the only ones willing to help. I got to the dealer before the opened and was an unhappy Karen- type. I was PISSED that my brand new car could break. I even called Ford and asked them to buyback the brand new car. How angry I was that a new car could break and the dealer I bought it from could care less. Meanwhile a dealer who'd I'd never done business with could care sooo much and help me out of a jam. It took all day, but Groove ford was able to fix my car and I was able to get on my way. Huge props to their techs and customer service associates for helping me out of a jam and for helping me not melt in the 100 + degree temps. Thank you guys for having a first rate service shop with great people. You guys rock!
