Mark Weibenga is the ultimate communicator. He stays on top of the job from roof inspection of damage, through the insurance handoffs, then to ordering and scheduling the materials and the crew, and then continues to be involved throughout the process through cleanup. The installation crew we had was marvelous. Completed the roof in one day, including an excellent job at cleanup of our property after the roof was complete. Finding good people to do these big, seldom done jobs on your property is always a challenge. Priority Restoration handled our roof with professionalism and great customer service. Mark was the lead to the work on our roof, and was knowledgable, friendly, and responsive to challenges encountered. When the workers left, we were pleased with the quality of the work, the cleanup of the site, and the professionalism of the customer service.

We used Priority Restoration to replace our shingled roof. Their representative Mark was extraordinarily helpful in providing us with the information we needed to make a decision about this project. He stuck with the project the whole way to make sure things were done properly. Our roof was replaced in one day, which both we and our neighbors found amazing. This minimized the inconvenience to us, and was a huge benefit of dealing with this company. The price was competitive with other quotes we got.Priority Restoration provides an excellent warranty, and followed up after the sale with documentation for us to present to our insurance company, which we hope will gain us a discount for the higher quality roof. A summer hail storm required a full roof replacement and partial gutter replacement. Mark and his team were fast, progressional, clean, respectful and did a high quality job passing city inspection with no issues. We asked for extra care when cleaning up the roof debris due to barefoot littles running around and they did an amazing job double and triple checking. Mark communicated extremely well during the process, responded directly to our insurance adjuster for questions, managed all supplement issues and made the process super easy for us. I worked mainly with Mark W. at Priority Restoration and he was extremely professional, knowledgable and helpful during the whole process of getting my roof replaced after hail damage. He inspected the roof and took pictures of the damage and was willing to work with our insurance company if needed. When Mark was out of the office and I needed some information for my insurance company, Billy stepped up and I had what I needed in my e-mail minutes after I got off the phone with him. Note it was almost 5:00PM and I didn't expect it until the next day. Billy's quick response was beyond my expectations! As for the crew that worked on my roof; they were very courteous and respectful of my property and completed the entire job in one day! They were amazing! They worked very hard and when they started in the morning it was below freezing outside! I wish I knew someplace that delivered hot coffee; I would have ordered them some. No, I'm not related to anyone at Priority restoration. I would highly recommend Priority Restoration based on my experience with this team.Services: Roof inspection

Mark sent in a great crew. They replaced the roofing on our 2100 sq ft rancher in about 7 hours with quality materials. They also did a an excellent cleanup. Mark also did a follow up cleanup himself. Highly recommend! BTW - Neighbor down the street plans to use them too after seeing how well they did the job.Services: Roof installation
