First time customer. Went to them on the recommendation of a coworker. He told me that they were good and maybe not the cheapest but they were fair. I found this to be the case. I went in concerned that I needed to have my brakes replaced and they're evaluation said I still had a few months left and there was no reason to replace my brakes yet. Many places would have just replaced my brakes. In some, I found them to be honest, thorough, and timely in performing the service that I did need done. I will be using them for both my vehicles going forward.

These guys are awesome. Did a very thorough job on my vehicle and provided an easy to read report on potential issues to fix in the future with no aggressive upselling. Would’ve been 5 stars if they hadn’t signed me up for a Sirius XM trial in which I now get spam letters in the mail. I am not even slightly interested so that would’ve been nice to opt out.

Do not take your car here!! I took my car here only because I didn’t have any tools with me. My upper radiator hose was leaking bad, but told them I didn’t know what was going on. They quoted me 1,300 and told me I had a cracked radiator and it needed new hoses ect.Long story short.. I got it towed to my house, pulled out the radiator and there was absolutely no split. All the vehicle needed was a new upper hose that cost $23. Absolutely disgusting that they are doing that to people. I’m sure they do good work based on their other reviews, but if you do not know anything about cars and want an honest price DO NOT GO HERE.

Was amazed that the repair facility was able to get the repairs done so quickly as the company is a Janitorial company and the van is a vital vehicle in the company, the charge was good compared to taking vehicle to the dealer. The staff was very friendly & Helpful. Only drawback they didn't have a shuttle service and was charged for the uber back to my employment.Service: Electrical repair

These guys are great! I initially went there because it was close to work, but now I’ll keep going no matter what. Everyone I’ve talked to is super nice, they take the time to explain the what and why with your vehicle, and the prices are very fair. They even showed my 4 year old son how the lift worked and he loved it. You can definitely trust them with your car!

Pride Auto has amazing customer service! I was visiting from out of town and my car started having issues. They fit me in right away, diagnosed and fixed the issue in the same afternoon without a huge over priced bill. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly too!

Overall they Pride auto care was really good. The staff was excellent and very friendly. They definitely gave me a very good rate on my oil/tire rotation. The only reason I am not give a 5 star review is because their opening hours are inconvenient. They are only open M-F and close at 5pm on weekdays.I know it’s a tough managerial decision to be open later and on weekends. However honestly I think they would get more profitable business if they extended their hours to 7pm and/or were open on weekends. When you drop off your vehicle it makes things tougher if you got a day job. Most other auto shops are open on Saturdays (even Sundays for some). That was my biggest issue.

Great and friendly customer service! They also have convenient key lock boxes if you’re not able to pick up your vehicle in time before they close (which I used) and they walked me through the process. They also did an inspection of my vehicle following the service I requested, which was much appreciated. Will definitely be using their services in the future - highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Great Service and Great people. We have been with Pride for a few years now and good skill and care seems to be they way they operate. They may be a lttle more pricey than other shops but you do get what you pay for.

I have used Pride several times in the past, for oil changes and repairs. My car overheated so I had it towed to pride. They said they would do a free visual inspection and then move to diagnostics if needed. They called and said they would need to run diagnostics which I ok'd. Then they called and said they would have to replace the water pump assembly at ~ $2200. So I called and found a credible place that would do it for $1200. I paid Pride $100 for the diagnostic and had it towed. The next place sent me a video of a broken hose pumping coolant straight up. They repaired the busted hose for $250.Moral of the story? The supposed visual inspection was either not done, or not done honestly. The top of the engine was covered in coolant and pumping it straight up, impossible to miss. And then the supposed need for a $2200 repair? Also not done correctly or honestly. I'm done w/ this place and I'm pursuing a refund for the diagnostic.

This used to be the place to go, now buyer beware. Had three problems going in an electrical system destroying batteries, a non-working windshield wiper, and the radio would only work intermittently :1. Lost my phone and email. 2. told that they needed to replace battery to diagnose electrical, fine. 3. Got called and told after battery replacement that car was fixed, it wasn't. They hadn't looked at anything else. So after telling them that the battery that they replaced was itself a failed replacement4. Got told that it was alternator overcharging and that replacing that would solve problems, again fine. 5. Got told it was done, and that all my accessory problems were fixed. 6. Got there, paid, and windshield wipers didn't work. 7. Went in and was told that my "fixed problem" required more money and that a problem that was not intermittent (the windshield wipers) were when it wasn't when I took the car in. 8. A few days later I got an ask for a review... well I was going to ignore it. until 9. My radio isn't working. So 2 of 3 items not fixed by there $1300 solutions. Lies about things being fixed. And now I don't know if I should trust this vehicle to not kill batteries. Because if the easy to check isn't fixed there is no trust. They lie about being sure of a problem, they lie about checking to make sure their fixes are fixes. They have a serious problem with keeping records of what is needed and who to contact.I feel out $1300 in sunk costs and that I need to take my car to a different mechanic I can trust to fix things. This is not Pride in Auto Care, what a waste. At one point they were great and took pride in what they did and it showed.Maybe I am that one bad time that happens. Where everything goes wrong. But I will swallow my pride, and take my car somewhere else to actually get it fixed.Because it isn't about the cost, it is about the results and the process.Service: Electrical repair

Pride is the best shop I've ever been to. Super honest, fair, and they have very skilled folks working here.Usually, I default to Pride, but my new car has a contract with the dealership that sold it. I took my car to the dealership that it was purchased at, and they quoted me 3400 dollars to fix both headlights. They wanted to pull the entire headlight assembly on both sides. Contract wouldnt cover it because it was "a wearable part." It sounded like nonsense, so I took it to Pride for a second opinion. They checked the fuses, and they were both completely melted. The dealership missed that detail. Or they didn't care. Pride could have done the same thing, but they took care of me and looked for the right fix rather than an expensive fix.I've learned my lesson on dealerships, and I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you, Pride!
