Dr. Presken is the most conscientious doctor my husband and I have ever known. She is always prepared for our visits and never rushes us. Her recommendations and referrals have always been spot on. We are so grateful for the care we have received from Dr. Presken.

Very aggressive! Will not give you chance to call back for the ones that do have a job and can't answer right away! Cancelled my appointment after they blew me up over 5 times! Definitely won't be visiting here!! And it's probably best to listen to the reviews!! I'll look elsewhere where I am welcomed!!

This woman is on a mission to make anyone without a doctorate feel less than. She passed off my medical concerns and corralled me out the door, telling me I needed to make a ‘wellness exam’. Apparently an initial visit Isn’t intended to actually establish care with a practitioner.

This was my second episode of care with Dr. Presken and I was amazed by the promptness both from the provider and her staff. She took the time to listen to my complaints and arrange appropriate diagnostic work up despite this being a virtual visit.In short, her practice is the essence of how family medicine ought to be.

Both well-check ups and appointments for illness/injury are met with care and intelligence. Dr. Presken became my doctor more than ten years ago. She is an excellent clinician and communicator. I find her to be exceptionally well-read, and have so appreciated her follow up when she has researched and discovered new information. She always explains the “why” of recommendations while routinely explaining a range of options, when appropriate. Dr. Presken is the rare combination of skilled practitioner and caring communicator. I am fortunate that she is my primary health care provider.

Avoid this place. Worst care I've ever received in my life. Do not go here!! Terrible care and Still receiving wrong bills years later. If I could sit outside her office all day and tell people about how horrible my experience with her was I would. Negative 20 stars

Needed to get orders to have routine mammogram and bone density tests for my 70 year old mother. Physician requires that a wellness exam be done first even though she has had multiple appointments with my mother this year. I asked the office wouldn't they rather know the results of a mammogram and/or bone density test in advance of the appointment and they just kept citing office policy and physician notes. We will be finding someone who actually cares about health care and less about making money to be my mother's primary care physician.

As usual my visit with Dr. Presken went very well, all of my questions and concerns were completely resolved. I have been seeing Dr. Presken for several years now, including through the pandemic. I can't say enough about her, she is amazing and cares about her patients, I never have a problem getting an appointment, even on short notice. I am so blessed to have found her, I can safely say I have never been given a doctor's cell phone number for emergencies, she provides it for all of her patients. Several times including during the pandemic, when I was very sick, she called every day or every other day to make sure I was doing ok including video calls. Dr. Presken is one of the most caring and compassionate people I know.

So grateful, again, to have found Dr Presken. After several days of dealing with what I thought was a bad cold, I woke up feeling worse instead of better. I left a message early in the morning, before operating hours, and received a call back literally 3 minutes after her practice opened for the day. I was able to get an in-person appointment scheduled before noon same day. As always, Dr Presken was so kind and genuinely caring, took a thorough history and exam, and made a plan to get me (and my sinus infection) on the road to recovery. An absolute gem of a person/doctor!
