My friend went through this business to have her business cards printed. When we went to pick them up, the letters on the cards were clumped on top of each other and illegible. On top of that, the cuts were uneven around the edges of the cards.

We received our ne copier a few weeks ago. It was a very easy process and our sales person was very helpful. The installation person was great and even fixed some other issues we were having with our computer while he was setting up the copier.

Multiple sales calls (five in the last four minutes) - ignoring repeated requests to be removed from their call list. DISREPUTABLE and to be avoided at all costs.

This company is an absolute joke. They are always calling after we have told them to take us off their call list. The sales manager Ray is very unprofessional and is absolutely clueless when it comes to anything in regards to a printer. He’s extremely rude and not willing to help. We have had non profits complain and let us know that premiere copier will charge you for a lease you don’t have. Don’t waste your time here. The owner and his employees are very unprofessional!

Terrible customer service, wont return phone calls. Only contact us when they want us in a new contract. I want to be more specific about our relationship with them. They brought over a new machine stating a bad relationship with the bank that was doing the financing. They brought over the new machine without an appointment which ended up costing us almost twice as the previous machine. We could have paid for a new machine 2-3 time by the time this contract is complete. This contract is costing our small business way too much during this covid crisis, yet no one will talk to us in person or phone. Stay away!!2022. Now they are going back on their word and not adjusting the balance due on our machine like they promised. What ever yo do, don't lease a copier from them

Brent and Steve at Premiere Copier have been phenomenal, with the best customer service you could possibly ask for! We were previously with a very well-known Business Solutions company and we received awful customer service as well as astronomical pricing. Premiere Copier has very competitive pricing as well as great service. You can't go wrong when using them!

This is a zero star company. They are predatory with their contracts, and never have the best interest of the customer in mind.Save yourself the trouble and call someone else. Or, better yet, just buy direct from a manufacturer, and cut out the middle man. The world has changed, and you don't need these guys anymore.
