I was taking both of my Dogs here for a couple of years and I really liked them and trusted them. The last few times I have taken my dogs there I was not able to go into the clinic with them. Which I understood because of Covid. But with that I felt like I didn’t really know what was going on. One of the dogs had a mass in his cheek and I was told that they had to run all these tests and they had no idea what was going on and the other dog I was told had an ear infection which I believe to be untrue because he used to get them all the time and I knew what sings to look for and he didn’t present any of them. But I listens about the ear infection and started the ear drops. I took both dogs to get a second opinion because they told me it would be around $1200 to do the test and remove the mass. So anyways long story short I ended up taking both dogs to a different vet and the one didn’t have an ear infection and the other just had to have a tooth pulled that was causing an infection in his cheek. After this I switched vets and they wouldn’t email the records to the new vet until they called them for me and they were very rude on the phone to my new vet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

We established care with Piney Creek Vet because they were close to our house and seemed to have good reviews and they had telehealth. We switched Vets because our last one retired. I cannot tell you how diappointed I was with Piney creek. First they do not let you in with your pet, which is annoying. I can go to my kids Dr. Appts with a mask but not my pets. Also, I asked for a telehealth visit twice and it was declined. I felt like they did unnecessary tests and procedures and recommendations were not thoughtful for my Dog. I do not even know who the VET is because it seemed I was dealing with the front office staff regarding any care and I just was not convinced that person cared about my pet or educating us about what is going on or why tests are being done. An example of their high costs is a prescription for Gabapentin 100mg for 30 pills they charged over a $1 a pill. The same prescription is on the $4 list at Walmart. Same exact drug and NDC number. I do not mind supporting a small business but come on! A dental cleaning by them was quoted as $924.88 we ended up getting a second opinon and went to an animal dental clinic, that specialized in pet dentistry, and got a the cleaning for for $439.30.. I would not recommend Piney Creek Square Integrative Veterinary Medicine on Orchard/Parker Rd at all. I finally found excellent care for our Dog at Aurora Animal Hospital. Also, may I add, I went back to read the reviews that convinced me to use Piney Creek in the first place and noticed they were mostly for the previous owner NOT Dr. Doshe or her staff. What a disappointment.

I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am for this clinic! My partner and I are first time puppy owners and they have gone above and beyond at taking care of us and our corgi. For every anxious annoying call full of questions they have been swiftly responsive, patient, and given us so much relief and comfort. I will take every pet I own to this clinic from here on out. Thank you Piney Creek!

They've taken wonderful care of all of my fur babies, for over a decade. I highly recommend them!

I can't even say enough good things about the staff at Piney Creek. We've been going here for 18 years. Dr Kate is exceptional as both a vet and a person. I'm thankful to say that my dogs have been cared for by the best. The professionalism, expertise and kindness are evident each time I see them. Thank you, Piney Creel staff and doctors for taking such expert care of my fur babies!

I would be careful and pay attention to what you are being told here. There are tests that are said to be needed when they are not. I went here for Chinese medicine, spent 150.00 and was told nothing with a guess on the herbs to give. Money comes before your pets well being here.

Wonderful experience here! Every person I had an interaction with was kind and patient, they were receptive and took the time to listen. Dr. Kate was lovely and knowledgeable in so many different aspects. When I took my cat home she was happy and not traumatized! Thank you, Ginger and I love our new vet!

We have been bringing our pups to Piney Creek Square for a few years now and have grown to love the staff here. We have loved having both Eastern and Western medicine options available to holistically treat our pups.

We have been bringing our pups to Piney Creek Square for a few years now and have grown to love the staff here. We have loved having both Eastern and Western medicine options available to holistically treat our pups. Three years ago, we found a mass in our senior pup's adrenal gland, and after some diagnostics and tests with VRCC, we were given the option to either 1) operate/chemo or 2) leave it be. After speaking with Dr. Gibson at the time, we opted to leave it as he was already 12, and did not want to make him go through an operation and chemo. Piney Creek Square gave us eastern herbs to help manage his tumor as well as pain, and he, against all odds, lived a really good life for three more years. We just lost our Grizz after a couple of hard months (legs getting weaker, bed sores turning into gaping wound, senioritis moments), and each step of the way, Dr. Dohse has been nothing but compassionate and kind, and helped us through each decision that we had to make for our Grizz. We have come to trust the staff throughout the years, so finally when they said euthanasia might be the best option, we knew we had done everything we could have to help Grizz and felt at peace with our decision. Anne and Sarah are both great with us and we've come to love and respect everyone there.

Best vet clinic ever! Awesome staff! They also offer very reasonable insurance that has easily saved me thousands of dollars over the past five years. My mother-in-law's pup Kringle survived distemper with the help of the patient, caring veterinarians here.

No Comment. Staff and doctors are friendly. Do not want to elaborate, just disappointed.

If there was a choice for zero stars I would have marked it. BAD BAD BAD. Over priced compared to others in the area. They saw my dog 4x's in 2 months and completely missed his cancer. Unfortunately, he is dead now because by the time we took him to a real vet it had grown too large.

My dog recently had a couple of months of physical therapy with Dr. Gibson. Dr. Gibson is so knowledgeable, and so good with dogs! My dog loved the sessions, and is strong and completely recovered now!

Very caring and understanding staff. On a most difficult day where our cat of 18 years had to be put to sleep, the wonderful staff was very supportive, caring and understanding. Thank you.
