I would’ve given them 0 stars if I was allowed to. I never leave reviews, however, I’m trying to save everything who cares about their clothing from bringing it here. They completely ruined $6k worth of my designer clothing in one go, then did nothing but issue a ‘full refund’ for $138 dollars.
I brought in 2 Palm Angels sweatshirts, one came back with 7 different OIL stains on them, and the other missing the drawstring that is a large part of the design. They ripped TWO of my shirts in the same place (huge holes in the neck), and proceeded to say it was a ‘manufacturing flaw.’ I have dry cleaned these tops at least 5 times in the past and worn them for 6+ months.. those hole were NOT a manufacturing flaw. And finally, my white Alice and Olivia pants suit looks dirtier now than when I brought it in.
Save yourself and DO NOT bring ANYTHING you care about to these people. Thanks for absolutely nothing except for $6k of my ruined clothing, Paradise Cleaners.

They did a nice job on my dry cleaning and alterations, but the prices are outrageous. They tried to charge me $75 to dry clean 1 short, casual dress and 2 shirts. I went back for "free" alterations, but then was charged for them when I picked the items up, even though the alterations were extremely simple (re-sewing a hem). I later found a place that will dry clean shirts for $3, so I will not be back.
