I’ve been working with Pamela Buckland’s agency for 4-5 years now. Every time I have a need, they are extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. I just recently worked with Kenna and she got me everything I needed in adding new/removing old cars and ensuring we were all covered and she was so nice to work with!

Pamela Buckland and her team are wonderful. They have always taken care of all of insurance needs from my home to car insurance. They keep me apprised of all updates and changes and never have a problem reaching them. Mason, has responded to many of my questions, and even when I called to report damage to my car from another outside State Farm insured person, he followed up with me. They are friendly and always make me feel comfortable with all of my requests. Highly recommend.

My wife's rings were stolen from our home. Pamela assisted me in submitting a claim. The claim was submitted online on a Tuesday and the recovery money was deposited by State Farm to my bank account that Thursday. That is Customer Service!!!

I really enjoy working with Ana Ledezma for all our insurance needs! She is polite, professional and knowledgeable. Ana always gets our car insurance policies exactly where they need to be as far as coverage and price. She suggested products for life insurance for our family and worked tirelessly to get all the policies exactly right. I have complete peace of mind knowing that my family is covered. I appreciate her so much and never worry if an issue comes up with coverage or billing because she explains it and fixes it if need be. I highly recommend working with Ana for anything you need regarding insurance!

100% Blown away by the level of customer service demonstrated by Jessica, she made an already stressful situation so much better. Not only was she extremely professional but she put a smile on my face with her relatable comparisons I have always been with state farm and Jessica just solidified my loyalty. Edit in response to comment:Unfortunately State Farm did not send me a warning. They sent me a cancelation letter and a refund check of my remaining pre-paid premium. That was a pretty clear indication that they were not interested in working with me.Appreciate the effort, but State Farm terminated the relationship, and I was not inclined to continue with a company that takes this approach to an issues that clearly seems pretty simple to rectify.Thanks.Overall had a great experience with State Farm over the years. Premiums were pretty fair and they made it easy to bundle various insurance together. When I was hit in my car by a garbage truck, there was a delay from Waste Management to pay out and settle so State Farm jumped in and used my coverage to pay for a rental car until I could get paid out.Just purchased an older home that had ivy on the brick. We had a team come out and remove but before we could, State Farm just canceled our insurance, no warning, no opportunity to let them know we had mitigation scheduled. Because of that we shopped around for all insurance and found great rates and better coverage elsewhere, so we canceled all policies. Disappointing end to a good overall relationship.

I will STAY .!! FAR AWAY !!. from this agency and SFarm now1. Had very unprofessional experience with this Agency especially the owner.2. I was not given any caution or told about all the endorsements and options (when my home owner policy changed from primary to rental) that I should carry or have on my rental house. That caused one or more endorsements not getting carried forward to the switched rental policy.I called someone in her team a week back. He was helpful and told me he will call back and update as it was late during the evening. Never got a call back or email or voice mesg.I called to check if there's an update, I felt I heard unprofessionalism tone in her voice and I was told her team have spent a many hours with me on all "if why" questions. This may have been my first actual real 1:1 call with her being with her company for 3 years now. And here, she acted like I'm nothing and she told i can switch to anyone and showing no concerns on why and what I wanted to say or get an update about.Seems like she's busy running offices and doesn't give a damn about customers or answering why I didn't receive a call back when I was told they will call me back. I was just trying to ask for an update and concern, NOW due to their lack of customer satisfaction, not covering me for an unforeseen situation, they didn't cover me for an endorsement for hail damage work, which can make you pay and not cover you. I was expecting that her team should have pointed to me that due to policy changing from home to rental, I don't have ordinance and law endorsement applied and I should get/keep it. Nobody told me that, all they said was, you are covered and asked for card payment details.Im Leaving statefarm, just for the attitude she carries when she talks and put you in a rush situation like she doesn't have time for a long time customer or update.Well, statefarm will lose a customer this time and for good!!-- Looking for someone other insurance with some one who listens and check for policy holders concerns.For any replies by the owner: All said in a reply is a no where near truth. Connect the dots!, trying to cover up is not an option for her. Get a very bad vibe coming from her communication and lies. Show me the proof when your team told me ordinance and law was given to me and explained and I didn't want it. Show me the proof why when it was there and when house switched to rental property then it was told by your team to me over the phone. They said in all covered, no need to worry. I'm not talking about letters that keep spamming my mail box. I trusted agents at your office to help cover me for unforeseen situations, and when the endorsement was dropped, why was it not explained to me over the phone that I'm losing that endorsement(s) and it will impact me in what way. Or do you or your agents just know, how to ask credit card numbers for payments but don't have any concerns when it comes to such matters of covering a customer. Stop your lies. Nobody called me. I called your office, not your office called me first for getting an update. When claim person told me about not having the endorsements then I got it added, didn't I. Now, do you really think I did that, because my roof claim will be covered? No. It was a recommendation by assessor & I added it for future. Question is, why didn't your team told me those things over the phone when they switched policy to rental removing that endorsement. Before I hung up, I didn't get an update on my question on team and you told me your team spent hours with me? I don't recall that. I called back to check because I thought you said, you didn't want to talk to me, because you are the owner and probably don't give a damn to a customer, because you have never ever explained me anything in past either. You just pick and connect with someone in your team. You didn't help me. And I called because I thought I listened that you said you will connect me with someone else so I called b
