Does not reflect well on this business when someone driving a company car almost hits a group of pedestrians AND almost hits another car just trying to speedily get the 1st parking lot spot to the front at Safeway when he did NOT have the right of way. Crazy behavior

The POA rep (Ben Gould) went out of his way to get us the best deal possible (a competitor even acknowledged that we got a great deal), and was always very prompt at answering emails at any time of day. The technicians who delivered and set up our copier were prompt, friendly and helpful.

Giving 4/5 stars to Pacific Office Automation because although the office HP DesignJet is a finger-trap waiting to happen (2 stars for the printer since it does not seem interested in working) - the service and responsiveness of POA has been good. Kevin is the tech that comes to our office in Littleton, and he's great about looking into solutions if he doesn't already have the answers. Kevin gets 5 stars!

Do not deal with this company! They will screw you over. We had a contract and they were unable to cancel it for us, charged us extra and took money for a machine pickup, than never showed up for 14 months. They lost our check that was sent by mail and kept sending us bills for 14 months after the date when we cancelled. Save your money and time! Go elsewhere!

I’ve rented copiers from this company before. The equipment was great and in good appearance. They took the time to come over and make sure everything was set up correctly, and they were available during the week if any problems occurred (there weren’t any problems, but it was good to know someone was available).

They never answer the phone. And on the slim chance someone answers the phone and you put a service ticket in. No one shows up. Or it gets lost. Then your back trying to call day after day and hope they pick up the phone. I work in healthcare and our copier is very important. Been 4 months of it not working and countless call. Still in fixed.
