I’m really sad that we’ve had such a poor experience here. My kids love coming to play here. But, we came during a class last time and my son had all the equipment he was using taken away from him. The teacher said he needed it for his obstacle course but we paid to play there too. I think they should be flexible and adjust their plans for classes around kids that are there for open gym, instead of taking equipment away from children. I was told that kids in the classes take priority and they can’t take stuff away from them. But they can take stuff away from paying customers using open gym. That doesn’t make sense to me. Everyone there is paying to play there. No one should have preferential treatment. If they don’t want kids using equipment during their classes then they shouldn’t have open gym while they have classes.

This place is awesome! Huge gym with obstacles of varying degrees of difficulty. 9 year old son wore himself out after doing th courses for an hour. We'll definitely be taking classes here

Charlie and Brayden are so great with kids! The whole place is always clean- always ready to have a great time and definitely keeps the kids engaged in classes!

Took my son to a birthday party here. They took the kids through a training session for ~30-45 min and then let them free play for a while. All the kids loved it and the parent that hosted said they were great helping out with the party. Great place for kids.

Great place and staff. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and considerate.

The staff is nice and attentive. The obstacles are open for anyone to try and everything seems as safe as possible considering there is inherent danger in attempting the obstacles.

Terrible, they can not properly rent a Uhaul. I would not trust them to any safety compliance or responsibility with any children. This was the worst experience I have ever had

I would not book a birthday party here again. I called and spoke to someone when I booked this party and I was told to arrive early to setup the party room. Upon arriving I was then informed day of I would not have access to the party room until the last 45 minutes of the party which was never communicated to me prior and felt rushed. Very disappointing to say the least.

We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday today at Ninja Nation and it was a blast. All the way from booking the party to the exceptional service we received while there, it was a home run. Our host Maddy was so fantastic and super sweet. And the gentleman that was there greeting. I’m sorry I missed his name. He was extremely helpful and happy and polite. I really appreciate everyone making sure we had an amazing time. I highly recommend!!!

Really fun place to test skills. Wore the kids and myself out in an hour flat. Sunday's were not very busy during the day. That was nice.
