I went to the Briarwood branch in Centennial for the first time yesterday. I cannot say enough good things of the young lady that helped me. I am awful at names, and we were speaking first names to one another because we are both Europeans. I had to go in to get cash because of fraudulent charges on my debit card, so my debit card was canceled the day before yesterday. This lady helped me so immensely much, she made sure that I had all the information I needed, she made sure I got a replacement card right there even though one was already sent to me but we didn’t know when it was going to arrive. She canceled the one that had been shipped and told me to make sure to get rid of it as soon as it did arrive. I felt a little bad about double the work, but I really needed to have the card so I could start fixing all the things that had been messed up by the cancellation of the card. Fortunately I have a shredder that can shred it so that’s where it is going to go. I hope you’re able to see who the lady was that I had so much help from yesterday. I feel terrible about forgetting her name but the minute I see her again the next time I come in I’ll know exactly who she is. Thank you for superb service that was provided to me. And since I have used Navy Federal while I’ve been overseas as well as here I can say I have never had a bad experience with anyone that I am been in contact with.

Needed a cashiers check with no heads up. Was in and out of this branch in probably 5 minutes.

I’ve been a member for 11 years but not any longer. I had three people from Navy Federal to be deceitful about policies. They opened an account and closed it the following day. No phone call. Nothing. I called and that’s when I was told of these supposed rules that were never communicated. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

I've been a loyal member for 31 years. I was a few days late for a payment, and I got a negative report on my credit. There was even an admittance they don't have time for all their customers because they have " too many" to give personalized care to.I got no phone call and I just spoke with the supervisor stating he cannot assist in every issue with every customer. They have become too big to care.I know I'm just one person, but I will warn prospective customers that they have changed for the worst in 31 years.

This isn’t branch specific.If you use Navy Federal I would highly encourage you to think again.This is the worst banking institution out there. After 4 $150 transactions at a restaurant at 5:30am were processed they finally blocked another 3 and notified me of potential fraud. I contacted NF as soon as I woke up at 7:20am. I spoke to Amy who was very helpful with processing the claim but was told it could take up to SIXTEEN business days for the money to be returned to my account. They have to wait 3 days for it to process or fall off (yeah, because a fraudulent transaction will magically fall off), then another 3 for “someone” to submit fraud claim for me, then up to TEN business days for NF to refund. This is $600, not $60. With todays economy, who can wait SIXTEEN BUSINESS DAYS for the money to be returned? That’s over 3 calendar weeks. I told her I was going on a trip in a week and she said it wouldn’t be returned by then. I had a fraud claim with USAA for $1400 in 2012 and they returned the $$ immediately. Common sense applies—they knew that it was obviously fraud and they also knew they could pull the $$ from my account if they magically discovered it wasn’t. Do you think Navy Federal can do that? Nope. I told Amy to move the $$ to another account (don’t have bank card) and close that one so I could withdraw the funds to move to a local credit union. She said they wouldn’t refund the $$ if I did that. DO NOT BANK WITH NAVY FEDERAL. It doesn’t take SIXTEEN BUSINESS DAYS to return $600. But hey, let’s hold on to your money so we can collect interest. May not be much interest from $600 but when this policy applies to all members and they’re waiting SIXTEEN BUSINESS DAYS to refund, imagine how much $$ they’re holding on a daily basis. This company is scum. Do yourself a favor and find another financial institution. I know I will as soon as these thieves process the claim in SIXTEEN BUSINESS DAYS. One more thing, check your bank account to make sure you’re not missing $$.

The absolute worse customer interaction. Can I give it a 0? I get here and let the person in the front know why I’m here. He tells me to have a seat. That someone will be with me shortly. An hour later a different guy comes up to me and says. Oh sorry you actually have to have this document to proceed with the process? I go home and get the paperwork needed after sitting idle for an hour and then come back and still I wait. It’s been 2 hours and no one has helped me. I’ve spent my whole morning at this place and still no help. STAY AWAY. NAVY FEDERAL SHUT THIS BRANCH DOWN

Bought a car with a loan from NFCU in 2020, brought the title in to the centennial branch, and now 2 years later I’m getting mail saying they don’t have my title…… so now they are going to raise my rates and payment all because they lost my title.

Navy federal credit union is not a good bank to do business with I deposited cash into my account at the ATM and never received my money then when I called and went in to the bank they said I never deposited any money I requested them to view cameras and they closed my dispute and said their was no error but never looked at cameras if you do not want to lose your hard earned money go to another bank and save your self the hassle of being robbed by the bank with no remorse

This branch the staff was amazing I had read the reviews and was skeptical but this was the closes branch to me so I just went and to my surprise I had a very pleasant experience I went in there was no wait they helped me immediately and I was applying for a loan wasn't sure which one to apply for and The banker asked me a couple of questions and told me the best options for me and in minutes the application was done and funds was in my account

I attempted to use this branch for i-9 document verification ahead of starting a new job. I called them, asked if they offered notary/i-9 services, and they said yes, and that it was on a first come, first served basis.I got in the car and drove 30 minutes, explained what I needed to the front desk, and then waited another 10 minutes after the representative said it would be no problem.The manager called me to his office. I explained what I needed, and he told me that they don't offer those services at that branch.Complete waste of time. If you don't know what I'm asking about, or don't know whether you can deliver, ASK. Either ask me to clarify or ask to verify that your branch does those things. I wasted over an hour of my time today, and left having accomplished nothing.

Their app is not compatible with my phone, so will not install, which means I can only access my accounts online. So, very limited on what I can do without having to go to local branch.

I would give it zero stars if that was a option. I called them and told them my account was compromised and someone changed my password. I warned their manager of this and they assured me I'm ok. 6 k was stolen and they won't give it back and denied my claim. Terrible customer service and they basically called me a liar about people having the ability to steal my info from a chipped card. What's worse. They wouldn't give me the information of where how and when the thefts occured and said I need a subpoeno. During covid your money is not safe with them. Dont bank there.

The customer service was SHITTY ! They were rude , had an attitude towards me after politely asking them for help to fix a mistake THEY made . I didn't get the name of the person who I had spoken with or I would put it on here but , something needs to be fixed .
