Lazy location. Some cashiers are rude and seem mad that they have to scan your items. Not all, but some..Seem to get butt hurt just because you are shopping there perhaps because they don't know the produce codes? Then get mad at you. Last time i was in the store there was two cashiers and both of them were looking at each other like "no you take this customer" so i just let them choose and then the cashier i get is all with a rude and irritated attitude for no reason. Weak experience. Also they always seems to be out of boxes. Better locations out there

Great prices. Clean store. Excellent customer service. Cameron assisted me with several items and was not only helpful but very knowledgeable. Always a good experience coming to this store.

Your website is as stupid as they come. You don't need to know about me. I want to know if you carry a product I want.
Guess that too tough of a question.
Don't need your services.

When individuals want to know how different recommendations worked for you, that's true empathy. Pretty awesome retailer. Highly recommend! ??

Nice selection of organic produce & bulk food items. Find things here you won't find in the grocery store.

Lots of supplements. Meats are good as well. Lots of variety in the frozen food isle that you can't get any where else.

Though often overlooked, Natural Grocers is a hidden gem for the vegan home cook.
Specializing in healthy, organic food, Natural Grocers offers a plethora of high-quality and affordably priced produce, pantry staples, and supplements. Natural Grocers carries many of the same name-brand items as Whole Foods at significantly lower prices and features a completely organic produce department as well. They also have an impressive bulk department that is well-stocked with nuts and seeds, grains, and even spices. I have been able to find speciality vegan items, such as artisan vegan cheeses, tempeh, and local bread here that I have been unable to locate at any other store nearby.

I do like Natural Grocers overall but this store in Longmont has weird vibe issues. For some reason it always has. I have had experiences here with employees that are really odd - like there's something going on behind the scenes...like there's a "click" there and folks are on edge. Other stores are a much better experience - a more open feelkng. It's like you get the feeling at the Longmont store that employees are afraid to say anything. I've seen people come on board and then suddenly disappear - like people get fired or pushed out. I don't think this comes from corporate (maybe it does - how unfortunate) but rather this individual store. It's a bizarre feeling that folks are on edge or something.

I love this location! Every cashier is amazing and helpful but I'd like to take this time to specifically point out how awesome Gabriella is.I was in the store last week picking up cold medicine and she noticed what I was doing. She wished me well and I went on my way. Today she came over to me (I was in another line) and asked if my wife and I were doing better since I was sick last week.Absolutely a phenomenal interaction. It's nice to know that I can go to a grocery store that is not only centered around health but also cares for the health and well-being of its customers.Edit: I have been going here for over 2 years now and for some reason in the past 6 months every other trip the cashier ask me if I work for Instacart. For starters it's not really any of your business if I do or don't. Secondly it's really weird being greeted this way at the register. Lastly, I know many of you by name. After 2 years you should know that I buy stuff once a week and that I'm a regular at a very small store. Personally if y'all were a chain store I could give a hoot what you asked but isn't building a personal relationship with your shoppers (especially regulars) kinda of your whole shticks?
