No need to buy online if you are anywhere’s near this store. These folks has been selling UAVs since the get go and they know their business. Great service and sales at a fair price. I’ve been a customer for over 6 years and am a commercial drone pilot.

I got beat by these guys. I'm a Construction Manager for a Towerco. Came in looking for a drone to help with tower inspections. Did a little research and decided on the Phantom 4. When I went in to check it out the person I spoke to talked me into getting the RTK version. Note - I am not a professional drone pilot, just a CM looking for a drone to add to my toolbox. So, I got the RTK version. I was told that I could do everything with it and when I needed it I could buy the basestation. Fast forward a couple of months and I realize that the RTK version doesn't do the one thing I really needed it to do which is automatic orbits of a vertical structure. I go back in and they can't do anything for me. Everyone acts like they can't hear me. Don't go here. Now I'm stuck with a $6,000 drone that doesn't do what I need. I will never go to this place again.

At this time I know we post something earlier negative about multicopter warehouse and at this time I would like to print a retraction after some thinking. And continuing to work with them. They have made everything right again. Hamilton was the key player in this problem and solution. He got us a replacement. He confirmed that the drone was defective and made everything right. We will continue to do business with multicopter warehouse. They are in my book. The top store for drone usage and purchases here in Colorado. Hats off to Hamilton. He did a great job. Thank you!

I know a negative review was written about multicopter warehouse by me and at this point I have to print a retraction Hamilton. The employee at multicopter warehouse work through the issue. Confirm that the drone was defective and made it right. No questions asked. He stood very diligent. He did what he said he was going to do and he made it right. We will continue to do business with multicopter warehouse. Thank you for your support and all you guys do in Colorado for first responders and emergency services

These guys are drone experts. You have a question or 12,000 of them, then this is your place to get 'em answered. They have a great selection of products (especially sale items), and I've had my Inspire II serviced here. I live within five miles but I'd feel fortunate to live within 100 miles of this place. Excellent experiences again and again.

Block DJI products until the company leaves russian market, stops helping guide Russian lethal missiles by providing GPS coordinates. We urge you to BAN and STOP selling DJI products. Do not sponsor the war and deaths of children. Ukrainian children and peaceful civilians are dying every day! You should be aware that DJI is sharing GPS coordinates to Russian military with its Aeroscope system and use it to kill Ukrainians.

This place has aged well. Employees were fun, engaged and happy to be there working with me. I had way too many questions and didn't want to spend a ton of money and they were great about it. Highly recommend a visit to this amazing place which is even better than the older one in Castle Rock.

Years ago I had a poor experience here which I rated the company poorly. However, I was in a few weeks ago to buy an RS2 last minute for a trip and the staff was super friendly and made the experience pleasant. As an authorized dji retailer, they are a great place to buy products brand new and the pricing (from what I know) is competitive to the pricing for these products online.
