This business came strongly recommended by a family friend who has been going there for years. I’ve had absolutely nothing but great experiences here. Mauzie herself found the perfect band and upgrade for my engagement ring with a very reasonable price. Kennedy and Caryn are beyond helpful and knowledgeable as well. They all go above and beyond. We have bought numerous jewelry items from since, and it’s excellent quality. Highly recommend.

I was finally able to meet Mauzie and Char after over a year of my daughter telling me what a wonderful experience it was working with them. Everything I was told me is true. They are so fun, so friendly and so knowledgeable. I had amazing experience. I had jewelry cleaned, something repaired, and a piece of old jewelry used to create a beautiful necklace. I’m convinced that this is the finest jewelry store ever. The customer service was really efficient and friendly.It’s definitely the place to go for anything involving your jewelry.

My fiance and I spent about an hour trying on rings and he picked what he wanted. We Ordered a ring, drove 2.5 hours when they said it was ready. When we arrived it was the wrong ring, color, finish and size. Completely wrong which I understand mistakes happen, however they tried to convince us to look at other options because they now couldn’t make what we had ordered and already paid 1+K for. Really disappointed in the rudeness of the owner when I asked for a refund when they said they couldn’t make what we originally ordered. considering we had heard good things about this place, I Would not recommend. And on a side note, the ring we wanted is $900 cheaper at 5 other reputable jewelers. Would suggest going somewhere else to get more bank for your buck. Seems odd

Mauzie did the most amazing job on adjusting my engagement ring so it fit perfectly and created the most gorgeous wedding band to go with it. Would highly recommend her I’m beyond happy with the results.

Going to Mauzie's is like going to see family. I'm a new customer and had several pieces to repair or resize, and new pieces to design. Char's work is excellent and she, Mauzie, and the rest of the staff are as nice as can be and made me feel right at home. I love this store!!!

Such a great jewelry store! I have taken different necklaces in for repair on 2 separate occasions and they were able to fix them right on the spot for a reasonable price. The ladies that work there are the sweetest and really treat you like family! I will always use Mauzie’s!
