Overpriced and not too caring for my pet. The price to clean an ear infection and put in some ointment in cost me almost as much as getting X-rays and anesthesia at another vet in the area.

Worst clinic obviously somethings changed here. They overbooked me. The manager of this facility was not able to even apologize and say I’m sorry this happened to you. I would not recommend this clinic to no one. They obviously do not care about your animals. It’s about making money I asked for the vet to call me back. No return phone call, this is unbelievable called for an appointment. Didn’t need it today but they said come in today. Waited for 45 minutes in the parking lot after they told me it would be 10 minutes to get my dog a shot they tried to give my dog a shot in the parking lot. Is that unbelievable been there before after spending thousands of dollars there never again would not ever recommend this to no one. Vision and values not true to what you say you’re gonna do .the most unbelievable experience I’ve ever had your pets are your life you would expect someone to understand that I’d choose someone else I promise.

I have been a client of Littleton Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years. When it was Dr. Hix's practice I received good no-nonsense care at a reasonable price. Since Dr. Mary Sayre took over however, the quality of care towards patients and their owners has declined. Their phone system is a disaster and you can call multiple times before the call connects to the receptionist. And you are ALWAYS put on hold. If you leave a message for the vet you get no return phone call, very concerning when you bring a pet home from surgery and have some questions. Lastly, their prices have gone up so much I can no longer afford to bring my pets here. For example, my cat had 4 teeth extracted in Nov 2020 and it cost $995. Same kitty had 3 more teeth extracted August 2023 and the bill was $2,355. Poor kitty but poor me too! After receiving the bill I asked how the rates could have increased 150% and was told it was inflation. Going on these numbers as an example - a $10 burrito in 2020 would now cost $23.55. When I called to speak to Dr. Sayre about the increase and left repeated messages I received no response. I am now going to low cost clinics for my pets health care. Unfortunately, my loyalty to this practice has run its course.

I really wanted to take my cat to this clinic based on reviews, unfortunately I couldn’t afford a deposit to secure an appointment ahead of time as I was trying to schedule on payday. As vaccinations are time sensitive, I will have to find another option when I wanted to give this place my business. Be aware of that when booking!

Very appreciative of my dog's visit we had today. My dog needed to get in, he has never been seen at this vet before but they were able to let me drop him off and be seen in between apts. I called probably 8 different places and no one even attempted to get my dog in, including the vet he has been seeing, except this place. They did not gauge me on prices which has been a common occurrence out here with vets. They explained everything in detail to me and were very thorough and friendly. I came back to pick him up and instead of him waiting in a kennel they had him in the front with the receptionist. That impressed me the most because I know he was terrified of being in a kennel in a foreign place. Leaving my current vet and using Littleton Vet Clinic from now on.

This place is incredible! The only vet I've been to, after several, that genuinely seems to care about your pet. I ran into one of the staff outside of their office, and she remembered both my dogs' names and asked how they were doing before I even mentioned being their owner. They also kept providing incredible care throughout the epidemic's peak. Highly recommend them!

I recently moved to CO and have never had such a wonderful experience like I did with their office. From the moment I came in, everyone was genuinely caring, wonderful, attentive, and more. Dr Mary was thorough and explained everything very well. Their office gave me options based on what was best for my dog & also what I could afford. They followed up with us after the fact and answered any questions I had. I could not be more happy!

My Shiba Inu Kobe is notorious for being poorly behaved at the vet. This was our first visit to LVC and Dr Lewis was exceptional with him. She was patient, and effective at handling him and coaching me on how to make the visit better. I was making some mistakes that put him a little on edge. Dr Lewis spent plenty of time with us, allowing him the opportunity to acclimate and make the treatment easy. Bottom line, we got his case of kennel cough treated well and will definitely be returning for all our vet needs.

Exceptional people, I had a rabbit in my front yard that was hit by a car, both his back legs were broken and or his back, everyone else I called including a close ER were quick to say no exotics, and the wildlife rescues dont help with injured rabbits. Thank you for helping the poor little guy, they truly care, highly recommend them, I used to be a tech asst and have a favorite Dr already, if I didnt, I would definitely come here for my dog.
