Very bad customer service, rude guy at counter I believe he hates his job and takes it on people walking in.

They don't sell to the public, had to go to their location to find that out, since they don't pick up the phone or state that on the website. Rude counter rep to top it off, empty store and too busy to pick up phone calls. Hey, "Enjoy enjoy your job".

Donny is a great guy but he’s the only one that’s every working and it’s impossible to get anything in a timely matter or good luck with phones calls.
