The customer interaction we had at La-Z-Boy on County Line Rd was a great experience. Our salesperson, Toni Marin, was friendly and took the time we needed to find the right furniture for our needs. We bought the Maddox sectional but ended up piecing together what we wanted. She (Toni) took the time to help us figure it out and showed us other sectionals and sofas to make sure we were happy with the Maddox sectional. Highly recommend this store and Toni.

I am truly shocked by the rude customer service I’ve received. The sales people will hound you as you try to browse the store, but be prepared for them to not only forget you, but actually be rude to you once you make your purchase.I recently ordered a recliner chair. I was told the delivery time would be 4-6 weeks. I called after several weeks to get an update on the delivery timeframe and was told my chair was actually in stock but they forgot to call me. However, I was told I couldn’t schedule delivery yet because they had to wait for the matching arm chair covers to get in (a separate purchase). But I was told they’d be in that day I’d be contacted later that day, or in no more than a day or two to schedule delivery of the chair. So I waited.At least a week went by and I heard nothing. I call back and was told the same thing.Finally, weeks later I call again and was told that my chair has been available for weeks and should have been scheduled. Turns out the arm covers had nothing to do with the chair delivery because I had to pick those up anyways. The person I spoke to was shocked and apologetic about the mistake, and promised to make a note for the manager to see if they could get the chair delivered quickly for me, instead of waiting another 2 weeks for delivery.I call the next day to speak to the manager, or my sales person (both of whom were supposed to be in) and neither were there. Again, I was assured by a different rep that this was a huge mistake, and they would try to get the delivery schedule for that week, and would compensate me for all the trouble.I call the next day, again, trying to reach the manager. I ask for the manager right away on the phone and instead of passing me through, the rep insists on looking into it herself. She was extremely rude and short with me. After putting me on hold, she was able to get my delivery scheduled for the end of the same week, but was very angry with me that I asked if it could be done any sooner, because I had already waited so long, and been delayed even trying to fix the problem. She said things like “do you want the delivery or not?” And “it’s a miracle we’re delivery this for you.” She also said angrily “you should have talked to your sales person.” I asked her name several times and she said her manager was right next to her and wouldn’t tell me her name. She eventually said her name was Kate, but I’m not sure I believe her. Then she HUNG UP on me. Is it the customer’s fault that they can’t ever reach their sales person? Or the manager? Is it too much to expect that the store call you to schedule delivery as promised when your item is in? Apparently so.So now I have to call back AGAIN because the last rep hung up on me and I have no idea if she confirmed the delivery or not. What a huge waste of my time.I would not recommend shopping with them.

They are very helpful in the sales process of the furniture. Then They hit you with all the hidden pricing when you pay. You find out then everything you wanted is an added expense and then they tell you, you have to wait months to receive your items. With no calling to let you know when your items are arriving and if you call they are rude and act like it’s a huge hassle.

Absolutely! *****Fantastic experience at La-Z-Boy!The team went above and beyond to find the perfect sofa. They listened to my needs, showed me options that were less expensive and fit what I wanted better than what I had initially come in to looks at, helped me customize every detail, and the follow-up to make sure everything was perfect was exceptional. Highly recommend this store!

We purchased a new sofa from Toni. We had some very specific requirements for the room we were trying to furnish. She spent a lot of time with us and worked to find the perfect sofa and ottomans. I would highly recommend her if you are in the market for new furnishings. She is awesome!!

Careful, their lifetime warranty is a scam. 3+ hour phone wait times for repairs. Plus absolutely ridiculous rates when you can get a hold of someone. I guess I’m now the repairman.

Purchased a $3k recliner in May of 2023 due to I needed this for surgery. The recliner (power) no longer works and they will not honor the warranty. Stay away...these people are crooks. I am now trying to get ahold of someone at a corporate level.

This is the 4th La-Z-boy Rocker Recliner I've owned in the past 18 years.... they don't last very long because the springs in the seat and seat back have a tendency to break (I weigh 225 and the weight capacity is 300). This chair (the Reed model) is by far the most uncomfortable one I have ever owned. The floor model in the store was very comfortable, but the same style I had delivered to my house was as hard as a rock... my butt falls asleep after about 10 minutes in this chair! I'm hoping that when it is broken in (and not just broken!) it will soften up, but right now I'm squirming while trying to get comfortable as I'm writing this review. I ride an old Harley and after a 100 mile ride my rear end feels better than 20 minutes in this chair! The people at La-Z-Boy need to re-think this design! This chair is JUNK!

Got a lazy boy chair a few years ago. Something on it broke and I have been trying to get it repaired since Feb (parts under warranty but not labor). Took three months of leaving messages and sending emails to get a date for a technician to come by scheduled. That date has moved two times, each time moving about a month back. I doubt this chair will ever actually get warranty service. Buyers beware

I ordered a couch and 3 chairs and was assured that even tho 2 pieces would be 2 -4 months out, that the delivery guys would deliver downstairs in the basement. The second delivery guy refused to move the first chair into the basement. AND Would not move the huge Lazyboy across 8 Ft rug after the couch was placed. I am in a static sling after shoulder surgery last week. If they had shown up in the two hour window as promised, my son-in-law would have still been here to help me. I hope his mother never needs help from a delivery man. His helper did come back in and take pity on me with the huge Lazyboy chair. Lots of furniture stores in Denver…how disappointing.

Don't bother wasting your money! Expensive and Awful warranty Service! My Rocker Recliner from day 1 of ownership rubbed the paint off the frame/rocker stand - Lazyboy NEVER 100% took care of it - When Warranty expired on their SLOW response time They wanted me to PAY for the repair! I will NEVER BUY or RECOMMEND ANY LAZYBOY Product! BTW I have a 40 yr old Lazyboy Pet Recliner that is in perfect working order! The longer Lazyboy is in business the worse their Products are! I was told by a Lazyboy Repair person that the 40 yr old chair had a metal Parts the New models are PLASTIC! Good Luck Lazyboy!

Came in 3/15/23 and wasn’t greeted or talked to for several minutes. Then when we found someone and we’re looking at the custom fabrics the other sales people were talking loudly about how they took a check from someone over the phone but don’t know from who? Like, didn’t have a name or phone number or anything. Something like 6500 bucks. I know all of this because they were practically shouting across the showroom about it. Lost all faith in this location after that and left. People make mistakes but maybe don’t talk about them in detail in front of customers, right? Why would I buy something from you when you’re gonna lose my money and don’t even know where it goes? What a joke.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience shopping for our recliners. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated the transparency on expected lead times. Seth our representative was kind and thoughtful of our needs!

It was a very pleasant experience. Iwas encouraged to look around, ask questions and try out the recliners. The sales person was personable and helpful and answered my questions . They didn't try to"upsale" me something I didn't want.
