Deli is closed again. This is second time in two weeks without a good reason before the posted closing times. Just shut it down if you don't want to staff workers
Those of us depending on the grocery store can just shop elsewhere. I'm surprised that you close during the busiest time of day, right after work hours. And to the personnel or manager with the box cutter and radio, it's not helpful to make excuses for the situation, just get behind the counter and help show resolve like a leader instead of walking around the store aimlessly.

Terrible Customer Service.
Today I stopped in this store on my way home from somewhere, and I’ve never been to this location before.
There was a guy at the register who was rude and condescending with EVERY sentence he said to me.
I only said what was relevant to the transaction, and even said hi, and called him “sir”, as I always do, to be nice and respectful. However, this kid was very disrespectful with his snarky backhanded comments, which were unmerited and unprovoked.
I told the self-checkout employee about my encounter as I walked by, and asked her to please report it. She said she wasn’t surprised, which led me to believe that happened a lot.
I was so annoyed by the situation that I called the store to notify the manager when I arrived home. The front end manager, Randy, hung up on me in the middle of us talking. I was not rude to him, but he did disclose to me that his employee has special needs, and he was annoyed that I didn’t think that was a good enough excuse for his employee’s behavior.
He should have NEVER told me that his employee had special needs; there is no reason for me to know that. Also, I wonder if he just said that to negate my complaint.
I called the store back and talked to the First Lady manager who answered the phone and let her know that Randy had just hung up on me.
Don’t go here. They don’t care about you or their manner of service towards customers. Absolutely terrible.

Decent selection, but terrible management and corporation. Aisles clogged by stockers and boxes, surly check out attendants, 'customer service' more interested in chatting with coworkers, and randomly deciding to change 'rules' on fuel points from gift cards. I've been shopping at this store for almost 30 years...today was the final straw.

12:55 PM on a Monday after a storm. Kings has a lot of workers working but doing their own thing in the middle of aisles and boxes kinda blocking. Maybe shipment didn’t come last night due to ice and snow/bad roads. Arapahoe high school right across the street was on full snow day even though roads were fine by the time went. The kings had some good prices on discounted products. Non-sale price is about $1 or so above target down the street. Especially fr medicine and hair and hygiene products. I go here mainly for prescriptions and some coffee deals. I can’t say which one but it’s a canned coffee drink but when I go, the cans are located on a top shelf that’s far to deep for me to reach the back of the row.im 5’10” tall and I have to step on the second shelf and reeeeech to get the last 4-5cans left. I’m assuming that’s the only reason they have any left, so l I’ll take it with a grain of salt. If you’re short, or don’t feel comfortable climbing selves, you might want bring a reacher grabber. You product might not be reachable ??. Bring your own bags as they’re much stronger than the plastic ones they charge 10cents:piece. Starbucks is in the store, all the way to the left of which ever door you come in through. It’s by the deli. Good bakery stay away from the Krispy kreams. They are days old and over priced. Located right as you check out. Drive less than a mile to get em fresh or just check it kings’ bakery. Make your key machine cost like $28 for a key I can get at ace for $3 or $6. You pay for convenience but will regret it. Have a coinstar, takes like 7% of your change, lotto machine, water, propane and I’m Pokémon machine too. Over all a bit over priced and you a little over mediocre experience.

Stacia (I hope I'm spelling her name right) really helped me out the other day! I was on my way to work and stopped in to get some of the trash bags that were on sale through the digital deals. The shelf was empty of the specific bags on sale, and I asked if I could get a rain check. Stacia went above and beyond, by offering me a different item of trash bags for the sale price, so that I wouldn't have to come back another time. She was so helpful, and I really appreciate her help and not having to make another trip to the store. Thank you so much, Stacia!

This store is poorly managed, especially during busy times like today- a holiday. While using the self bagging option, I had to wait more than five minutes for someone to come over and check. I had put some thing in my cart, while holding up an entire line of people. It’s ridiculous you expect people to do the labor, but you don’t empower, your employees, nor do you make sure they’re well staffed. Your cashiers are typically great people, But the way customers are treated is sad. Your front row manager, Randy, has bad energy and it’s just uncomfortable to have to wait for him to get around to waiting on you. I’m switching to Whole Foods. At least they still believe in customer service.

The new self checkouts are a joke. Why do I need to have someone scan their badge constantly because the machine is too dumb to know that I already scanned the items. The line was backed up into the isles because the machines do this to everyone. The regular lines were backed up into the isles because they only have 2 registers. From what I was able to see from the front they only have 3 people working the front for 12 registers.
I am not impressed with the new technology, but I am sure the shareholders are. Less workers plus higher prices = greedy money.

The store is laid out better than the usual king Sooper, but the check out smelled like urine and the smell transferred to my hands!

One of the better King Soopers! They are always well stocked and have a great selection. This store also has amazing customer service. The people who work here are just genuinely nice people. In the two years I’ve been shopping here, I’ve never had a bad experience with any employee, in fact I find that some of them go out of their way to provide good service!

Me and my friends typically have a great experience here, however on this particular occasion while buying 2 red bulls and a microwavable meal we had this lady with an oxygen tank(I hate to refer to her this way but I was unable to catch her name but I want her to be held accountable) come up behind us and as we passed the check out to go get the microwavable meal she yelled at us and had told us to pay which we had full intention of right after we got the meal. Me and my friends aren't sure what we did or why she was singling us out as we were doing the same exact thing everyone else in the store was doing. This ruined my experience and something needs to be done because you can't be yelling at high schoolers for no reason. I know this review might not be taken seriously because of my age but I wanted to at least let others know my experience. Thank you.

Love this store! So much higher class patrons and friendly staff, unlike the nightmare store at Belleview/Federal.

This store has the laziest group of workers I've ever seen. They all look like they hate their job. The deli workers are definitely the worst. They could care less if they help anyone. Obviously, it starts with the store leadership.
