Meat department has stickers on the reduced meat stating 50% off yet the math is less than this amount. When I asked the head clerk and the store manager I heard the same response. " we received these pre marked stickers but scan the meat so the 50% does not apply". I was called an "entitled individual" by Cisco who is nothing more than a clerk. Corporate cs had no response other than a $20 credit. I will be filing with the appropriate government offices. "Bait and switch". Maybe. False advertising ? Yes. Taking advantage of those who assume it's a savings Most definitely. By the way my profit to Kings on the less than 50% off would have been $7.00. Multiply this by the sales and it shows a huge money maker for the corporate giant Update 12/18 Called customer service again. Jamaica is where customer service is located.

We've been going to this KS location for over 25 years. However, it is now King Soopers in name only. Kroger has managed to drive away a 25-year customer. It started slowly with little things; "Loyalty" card is a "requirement" to get sale price - pet peeve. Loyalty Gas discount can be matched using the "Gas Buddy" app. So Loyalty gets you nothing. It's just manipulation. New Security Gate to Enter - this area of town is a very low crime area. Recently removed floor tile (it now looks like Walmart) - I was told it's cheaper, they no longer have to wax. Greeting card section has been reduced to a tiny area. There were no sympathy cards for example. Digital coupons are the newest ridiculous extra step. Deli is typically short staffed. Many times, prices at check-out do not reflect the sale price. They will reimburse you the difference - but it's way too often, and you have to scrutinize your receipt. Not enough checkers, the self-checkout line is often 10 + people long and some have full carts because they don't want to wait forever for a "manned" check out station. It went from being slowly more disappointing to "That's It! We're Done!". However, on a positive note, the employees are mostly awesome. Ken at the self check-out station is a GEM! He's the only reason my wife has continued to go there. But even Ken's presence can't overcome all that's changed. And Kroger wants to buy Safeway! Yikes!

I hate grocery shopping before an incoming winter storm due to the long checkout lines, cranky customers and overwhelmed employees. I've shopped at this location for years and have the layout down pat. On two separate occasions today, two different employees took the time to stop and ask if I needed help finding an item. The store was busy and there were lines at checkout but I was greeted and my groceries were quickly scanned and bagged. Every employee I interacted with today was incredibly pleasant. While this should be the norm, over the last few years customer service everywhere has either declined or become non-existent. Today, I left the store smiling. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Mark in the deli is probably one of the most unpleasant unprofessional people I’ve ever met. He makes it so apparent how miserable he is working there. He definitely shouldn’t be in direct contact with customers. Every time I’ve come in he always ask “what do you want” or “what do you need today?” Not to mention he never had chicken ready. He makes it an uncomfortable experience. Makes me wanna go somewhere else.

I'm starting to like King Soopers a little more each time I go I find something unique and different from the last time I was there. Just as I think I know where something is at I find myself at a different King Soopers store than where I thought I was. That is 1 of the many things I like about Denver they have more King Soopers in the surrounding area than I think Publix has in Sarasota.

Imagine if they had more than one person working in the whole store (assisting on self-checkout, no doubt) and actual checkers who scanned and bagged your groceries. Oh look, prices went up another 20% while I was writing this. Call me nostalgic.

The woman in the Floral Department is a tyrant. She never check the notebook for orders placed a week ago, due today, and therefore didn’t have my order ready at the appointed time. When I ask for my order, she became totally defensive as if her error was my fault, claiming I was yelling at her, etc. She then call a manager, I guess she couldn’t deal with her error. She eventually made my bouquet, but her attitude was beyond acceptable.I will never deal with that floral department again. Customer is always wrong!

This King Soopers has gone downhill..out of stocks on popular items constantly. I make another stop at the King Soopers off Quebec and the items are in-stock. Why make 2 stops?

Sailo is amazing at the sushi station, and I love the fact that they hire many people with special needs. The store is always stocked and organized. It's my favorite grocery store.

This is my friendly neighborhood King Soopers and I love it! The employees are always awesome and Christina in self check out the time today to help me get digital coupons from the app on my phone because I didn’t know how to do it. She is always friendly and personable and knows her job inside and out. We are all lucky to have her at the store.Lisa

$200 for a dozen bags of food (for future reference). Veggies, milk, bread, eggs, cheese, etc (no meat). Was $130 a year ago. I am not blaming King Soopers (just a reference).A few things are getting harder to find in stock but overall I was able to get everything I needed (sometimes this depends on the time you go). The chilled sections are now behind doors which is nice. Clean place. Getting to know many of the checkout people who are all quite nice. Will add more later.

King Soopers is my go to grocery store. They carry everything. I can set my grocery list up according to lanes and not forget anything or have to go running to find what I'm looking for.

I hate going to this location. Long lines and they're always out of stuff. Lots of bare shelves no matter what day/ time you go.
