Everyone here has a bad attitude and seems to hate working here. Especially the older employees at self checkout. Like it's such an inconvenience for you to be polite and do your job correctly.

2x I’m a row now that this king soopers on Arapahoe and Holly 80121 does not follow instructions from my provider to fill prescription even tho the doctor says I have refill. The pharmacy tech TAMERA here is unethical, immoral and evil. I will also FILE A COMPLAINT to DORA and DPO. I am without prescription and may have a seizure today. The doctor of mine and this pharmacy does not take accountability and mindful of patients well-being.

Hands down one of the worst pharmacies around. They don’t even staff their pharmacy and they have horrible customer service. Never got my script filled and had to have my doctor call in to another one bc they wouldn’t even give me my script back to be filled somewhere else.

Paula is great. She’s friendly and efficient. However, Abhi D. is perhaps the worst pharmacist I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not compassionate, efficient, friendly or helpful. He single-handedly made me change pharmacies. Sorry that KS chose him to represent their pharmacy.

Their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. The pharmacists/techs are not well versed in how their automated systems work, which has led to much disorganization and confusion, as well as delays in medication. I've even been given incorrect dosing on my medications before. They get incredibly defensive and don't hesitate to talk over you. Just rude and unprofessional all around.

This Location is pretty awful, the manager there on July,18,2021 at 4:55 pm was of no assistance to a lot of customers who needed help. Denied any money services to be done. Very unprofessional and had zero customer service skills

These folks are absolutely lovely and go above and beyond! I was scheduled to get my COVID vaccine but my insurance wasn't going through because I had the wrong information. One of the staff, Stephen, worked with me for an HOUR to call my other pharmacy and insurance to solve the problem. I highly recommend using this pharmacy for the care and attention they provide.

Terrible I understand that we need to wear mask but I had lifted mine down for no more then 3 seconds to smell a brand of coffee I had thought about purchasing. Then a employee rudely stated put your mask on with no manners or understanding of the situation or what I was doing then as I tried to explain myself he walked away as if I was lesser then him. I put all of my food down I was going to purchase and will never return to this location after being a customer here for the last year or anywhere I have never been so insulted and am happy to take my business elsewhere.
