Sterling and the crew at Key Roofing have been wonderful to work with. We had significant hail damage earlier in the year and my insurance company initially denied my claim. Sterling helped me through the insurance process and was patient and helpful. Once insurance came through they were quick to scheduled our repairs. The crew who did the repairs were professional and very kind. I would use Key Roofing again in a heartbeat.

Amazing company to work with! They did an outstanding job on walking me through the process, dealing with the insurance, and installing the roof and gutters. This was by far the best experience I've had when it came to home repairs. I highly recommend Key Roofing!

To sum it up, the roof and gutters look amazing, and I would recommend anyone work with Sterling and his team at Key Roofing & Exteriors.We are in the process of selling our house, and on recommendation, we got a consultation for our roof. Sterling broke down all of the potential pain points we'd have during inspection, and was fair with what he thought we should do, given our circumstance. We scheduled a reinstall for the following Monday after going through decision designs (what type of roofing, color, ways to save here and there, colors of gutters, etc.).Talk about under-promising and over-delivering! He estimated worst-case it would take around a week to finish due to weather conditions, but sure enough, it only took two days to get the entire roof up plus the gutters! He made sure we always knew what was going on at the time and guided us through the process up until inspection time. When they were done, they went through a huge effort of cleaning up all of the debris. Now we have a brand new, beautiful roof and gutters, at least for another month, that is!Here's hoping our buyers enjoy the roof as much as we are now. As said above, if you're looking for a great team that's communicative, punctual, and gets the job done well, Key Roofing & Exteriors is it!

These guys are the real deal. They replaced our shingles on our house and multiple out buildings along with gutters and some exterior paint. Sterling in particular is amazing. He is highly communicative through the whole process and came to our house and came out several times to inspect the job being done to ensure it was quality. They went above and beyond for us and I felt like they earned every penny. Our chicken coop wasn't originally covered by insurance but he was concerned we'd have issues a year down the road and found a way to get it re-shingled. Seriously, if my car broke down in the middle of the night I might just call Sterling because I know he'd take care of me. That's how great his service is. I highly recommend.

Had such a great experience getting my roof replaced! They were quick to do the initial inspection and coordinated with my insurance company’s inspector. They walked me through all the next steps in the process to help me navigate all the parts of the estimate and how insurance pays out. My house also needed to have the solar panels removed then reinstalled and be painted because of hail damage and they coordinated all of those processes so smoothly. The roof was done in a day, I found a single nail in my yard, when the last time I had a roof replaced we found buckets of nails and debris left over. They were careful around my plants and pets and cleaned up very well. The painters they work with did such a great job too. Key Roofing was pleasant to work with throughout the whole process, communicated everything well in advance, and my house looks amazing! Highly recommend them!

The guys from Key were great! Responsive, they came out the same day I submitted my request for a quote on Yelp and took a look at my situation. I received a very reasonable price quote and they included some badly needed gutter cleaning too. They came out the very next day and completed the work promptly. They offered a convenient online payment option as well. If you have a roofing and exteriors project to tackle, I would highly recommend Key Roofing and Exteriors!

Everyone we worked with was extremely patient and helpful. They even assisted in some of the difficult aspects of dealing with our insurance company. We had absolutely no problems with install. I hope we don’t have another hail storm anytime soon but if we do, I know who to call.

Sterling and David were great. They came to our house to check on loose concrete roofing tiles and discovered that many of them were loose, some on the verge of falling off the house. They quoted an extremely fair price and immediately performed the repairs. We are now ready for the big storm about to hit Denver! Thank you for your excellent service.

Key Roofing replaced our roof and gutters, and repaired hail damage to our deck, exterior walls and ceilings in 2018. They did a wonderful job. They worked well with our insurance company, communicated everything very clearly to us, and were efficient in getting the job done. We were very pleased with the job. It’s now nearly 3 years later, and as a result of some of the crazy storms and wind we’ve experienced this winter, we had an unexpected leak show up on one bedroom ceiling. I called to see what could be done, and as soon as the snow melted sufficiently they came right out to take a look. The actual problem was minor, not due to any workmanship issues, and they took care of it. In addition, they did a complete roof inspection, cleared a gutter off a hard-to-reach area of our roof, and generally went above and beyond to be helpful. I highly recommend working with them!

Sterling and David provided excellent service at inspecting our roof. It turned out many of our concrete roofing tiles were loose and several were in danger of falling off the roof. They quoted and extremely fair price and immediate performed the repairs. We are now ready for the big storm about to hit Denver!

Key roofing should be your go-to for all of your roofing needs. A 100ft full blue spruce fell on our house last year and Key Roofing was our 3rd contractor (we had some bad eggs!) that actually took care of insurance and took our home from damaged shambles to even better than before! The exterior and roof work is superb! They were finished very fast! 2-3 days I think and the tear off and roof/gutter replacement was done! They subcontracted the interior out but was on top of quality control and timeliness the entire time. Very communicative. As soon as we hired them everything went smoothly. Not all contractors are created equal so don’t mess around and hire Key Roofing. They will go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of!
