I've been coming here for years. There's no perfect shop, but this has exceeded expectations more times than not. Every time I try somewhere else I always come back here for a second opinion and they've always been honest and fair. After my husband trying many shops he finally decided to take his truck here and hasn't looked back.

This shop does clean work!! I had called the other day to get a quote on my brake pads and rotors to find better quality and more affordable pricing than OEM and Brandon was able to help me over the phone. My brake pads were in dire need of being replaced (2mm left) and he was able to order me new pads and rotors the same day and fit them on to my Camry the same day as well. It was my first time going to this shop and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He informed me about the condition of my pads and showed me the condition they were in. He advised me on the best way I can break them in after their new install. After receiving my car, the installation looked very clean and I was confident that professional work was done. Thank you Brandon for your help and whoever worked on my vehicle. I’m happy with the results!

My sister got my mom tires there. I don’t know why since they’re not a tire shop but anyway, two of them keep going flat after a very short time and so I called and they told me to drop the car off and they would look to see what the problem is. I have done this five times now, which is ridiculous and I live way across town, so it’s not an easy trip and I constantly have to put air in the tires every time I drive it. I also have to leave my car with them every time. I have asked them to just replace the tires but they refuse. They were under different management and staff and after the third time, the previous staff said that they would just replace them if it happened again (which it did). The new manager, John would not honor that arrangement and just talked badly about the previous staff member who had been helping me prior and asked me to bring the car in the following week! It wasn’t even put on priority to fix it. They required appointments and wouldn’t even fit my mom’s car in on any day. Anyway, I brought it two more times under the new management and staff and John said that he couldn’t find a problem with the tires and said that it was possibly the censors. I left because I don’t understand car stuff and told my boyfriend, who then called John and said if that was the case, then why do we still have to put air in the tires? (They are obviously low and we’re not just going by the gage). John told him to have me call him so that I could yet again bring my car in and leave it there. I called right away but apparently he had just left for the day. I left a message but didn’t hear back. I’m so sick of dealing with them that I still haven’t gotten this situation resolved. I also want to mention that the new manager is not professional at all. He talked badly about the previous staff, he swore and he talked down to me and my sister when we were there trying to get clarification on things. They used to be a good auto shop. Expensive but pretty good. I would not recommend this shop at all for anything.

I took my car in to Keller's for an oil change and was told I needed new front brake pads and rotors. So I decided to get a second and third opinion from two other reputable shops. Turns out my front brakes still had over 50% of the pad remaining and BOTH shops said my rotors could be turned NOT replaced.
Consequently, Keller's will not get any more business from me. I need a shop I can trust.

I have come here on several occasions with car issues. They have always gone above and beyond to help me. They are honest and have great customer service. I really appreciate and trust them.

Don't bother unless you are looking for lite maintence work or just a cheap oil change. I have now been in there 6 times in last 6 months for same situation and repair. Each time they have told me they have fixed the issue ( always a different fix for same problem) for it only to come back within days. Then they tell me it will be an additional charge because this wasn't what they fixed the last time even though the problem is the same each time. I would be very careful with anything they tell you or quote you. They used to be a very good place to go but now it seems they have forgotten what customer service really means.

My husbands truck was bumping on the highway so we took it in to Keller’s. They diagnosed that the issue was the shocks and the struts, and said they could get the parts to fix it that Friday. Great!
They called us at almost 5pm stating that they got the wrong parts and could not get the right parts until Monday, and that we would have to be without our vehicle the weekend. After explaining to them that was not an option and we needed a vehicle for the weekend, John Miszuk finally came up with a solution on us borrowing his friends Turo car for the weekend. Fine.
Monday my husband called to see when he could pick up our truck and was told there was another problem, they popped his front drivers side tire, BUT they replaced it with a used traded in one! Definitely not thrilled, as I really liked the tires I put on our truck and they were a surprise for my husband after he got home from one of his military training exercises. They offered to pay for a tire the next time we replaced the tires…unacceptable. We asked they take $200 off so we don’t have to worry about reaching out to them when we get new tires and can just be finished with this. They did agree.
So, all is good, we pick the truck up..life goes on. Until we go up to the mountains the next day and need to use 4wd. The truck takes a lot of messing around to switch back to 2wd, which it has NEVER in the 7 years done. Maybe it’s a one time thing? A couple days later we’re driving from downtown and it’s icy so we put the truck in 4wd, and switch it back to 2wd when we hit the highway…but again, it doesn’t switch.
So my husband calls, they say bring it in..and the genius John says that Toyotas have to be at a complete stop in order for it to switch from 4wd to 2wd ??? That’s probably true for an older Toyota, but not a 2016. John had no interest in hearing us out in how the truck previously worked, as per the manual even, vs the issues since we picked it up…literally cutting me off mid sentence and talking over me. He’s apparently smarter than the manufacturer or owner of said truck over the past 7 years.
Either way, at this point we don’t even trust them to fix something they messed up…we’ll pay the extra to find a reputable and knowledgeable company.

I will not be using this garage again. Strike one, I was told that it would only take one day to complete an oil change and run a diagnostic for a check engine light. It ended up taking three days. Not to mention it was over a weekend, which left me without a truck for five days total. Strike two, when I did finally receive my car back, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Strike three, they don’t answer the phone. They have a voicemail that comes on and tells you they are open till 6 PM, when they honestly close at 5 PM. I brought this to their attention, but didn’t they didn’t seem to think it was a big problem. Most of us work during the day, so I can assure you that information can cause some drama. Again, this will be the last time I use this business. Moving on.

Great shop and great people. Had to have our Honda Odyssey towed from our house and a friend recommended Keller’s. They were knowledgeable, professional, and got us in and back on the road quickly. The car is running great! If you need an honest and reliable shop, this is your place!
