Really happy with what felt like white glove service in a big move from CO to CA. Lisa and Janey and the driver/movers were awesome. Great attention to detail. Everything made it in great shape. Would recommend to any and all!

I worked with Ethan to arrange a move from Colorado to North Carolina. United took excellent care of all of our belongings, there was nothing that was damaged in the move. The teams at pickup & delivery were professional and efficient.

Fantastic moving company. The only company o trusted to move me in the end. They were with me all the way and the coordinator was by far the most helpful person I have worked with in ages. The movers from packing to drop off were outstanding and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns all of the time. They took great care of my furniture and didn’t lose it beak a thing! Use them they ar the best!!!

I have so much gratitude for the entire team at Johnson Storage & Moving Company, but in particular I want to recognize Jae Beatty and Bob Gates for their professionalism, efficiency and kindness. Ethan and Chrissy did an excellent job working with us so that we could move from Denver to South Carolina. We were in excellent hands as they helped us understand the process, made changes we needed when asked and made our move seamless. I was on the fence about using a moving company, and after this experience I would recommend using them for any move local or cross country. Thank you so much for helping us throughout the process, explaining clearly what to expect and caring enough to check in over the past month to see how we were progressing and settling in. Truly top notch service!

This company is terrible - we paid for them to pack stuff and then when it was broken they would not take ANY responsibility. We had to get a lawyer (since October) and we are still getting jerked around. Our load was stolen from, stuff was broken and we had another clients stuff in with ours. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS. I am sure this doesn't happen all the time or they would be out of business but really....they messed up so bad and the worse part is even though they have slipped up and admitted wrong doing they still REFUSE to process out claim.

Edit- Yeah they totaled my car and still haven’t done anything about it, they’re a trash moving company, and trash people.
i lost my job and my apartment and was homeless for 2 years, just barely got back on my feet last year.
backed into my car and took out my window and smashed my door in, wouldn't answer phone for about a week, taking longer than necessary to do anything about it. Boutta start raising hell.

Well it has been over 5 months and they keep reassigning our case....guess they are hoping to wear us down. Even got a lawyer involved. As previously stated....this company didn't put any dividers up between my load and 2 others and my boxes had been gone through and lots of stuff missing. Also found some stuff that did NOT belong to me. The DRIVER must have pulled off and allowed his friends to go through and steal what they wanted. There was also a certain individual to came out for the quotes and had us write him a check (to himself) on the second visit for $50 which according to their office was fraudulent. He was just lining his pocket. DO NOT USE.
