Very unprofessional company. Online and there front door says they open at 8am but they choose to show up whenever they choose inconveniencing everyone else. I would never trust my items to be shipped on time with this company if they can't even manage simple expectations.

I moved out of state and had my things in storage with Johnson Storage & Moving for 7 years. I just recently moved back and requested to have my things moved out of storage and back to me. Moving experience: 1. no hidden fees 2. took care of my floors and walls 3. all items in the same condition as they were when the were taken into storage 7 years ago. Wonderful experience

I paid a very large amount of money for my move yet I am still waiting on the resolution to an issue with the significant delayed delivery of my household goods from Northern Michigan to British Columbia. So far... this company has not been very responsive.

Terrible - lost a bunch of stuff (they didn't put up a dividing wall between loads). You wouldn't think it would be that difficult to make a call to the next stop and send someone over but apparently that was over and above their duties. TERRIBLE experience. Moving is tough enough without dealing with this company and their terrible attitudes. Beware - sales people are VERY nice.

I regret to say that my experience with Johnson Storage & Moving Company fell far short of expectations, especially given their high pricing compared to competitors. I assumed the higher cost would guarantee premium service, but this has not been the case.Initially, I wasn't even provided with a transit time for my move to ******. It was only after pressing the company for details that I was told it would be between ***** days. As the days ticked by, however, I was informed that the delivery might take up to 45 days. After lodging a formal complaint, they managed to bring it down to 31 days, but the delay was still beyond what could be considered reasonable.Adding insult to injury, I made multiple attempts to speak with the agent responsible for my move, requesting callbacks on several occasions. None of my requests were honored, leaving me frustrated and without crucial information. I only got answers after writing directly to the VP!When my belongings finally arrived, they were merely dropped off at my doorstep without the unpacking assistance that I had paid for. This was an incomplete service, and given the premium price, it felt like a breach of our agreement.In summary, my experience with Johnson Storage & Moving Company has been extremely disappointingmarked by poor planning, a lack of communication, and incomplete service. The premium price did not translate into premium service, and I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company to others.PS: the movers that initially came were really nice and efficient

I had so much anxiety about packing up my furniture and moving to the Philippines. I had some pretty bad experiences previously with other movers. The Packers took so much care with my property in every little detail I was so amazed. I would not use any other company if you're moving overseas.

Don't use this moving company unless you don't mind them damaging your furniture and not repairing it or accepting insurance claim for replacement cost.

This is the third time we've used Johnson Moving and Storage. It's been 20 years since the last time and prices have sure gone up, but it's to be expected. (Moved half the weight for almost twice the price!)This move was from Denver to SW Florida. I have to confess I was pretty terrified this time after reading so many truly horrible reviews about literally every moving company we received bids from. It was a great process from beginning to end. The bid ended up taking place remotely with Victoria who was extremely capable and knowledgeable and answered many questions patiently. She then handed our account off to Jae who was our go-to for logistics and scheduling. She came as a bit of a surprise since we had thought Victoria was our "person." That might be our only complaint, the lack of communication about the hand-off. The biggest kudos tho go to our driver Lloyd. He and his crew did an excellent job of loading all of our belongings in Denver, taking great care with them and with the house. He was calm and personable and professional. Really enjoyed working with him. He brought the load down in 5 days which was miraculous, after we'd been prepped to expect that delivery could take up to 2 weeks! The delivery window these days is pretty outrageous with most companies so we were thrilled to get everything so quickly!The crew in Ft Myers did a nice, speedy job of unloading, working well together and taking great care with our items. The only exception to that would be a bike that was reassembled after the wheel removal, and it was a mess, requiring a trip to the bike shop. We went through and tightened screws on bed frames and tables once they were done because they tend to whip through those tasks without a lot of attention to detail.Very satisfied with our moving experience with Johnson and would highly recommend them! Everyone needs to hear the good things too when researching a moving company!! Thanks Johnson!!

The movers we're on time very professional, friendly and are hard workers. They were very careful with loading and unloading our items. Highly Recommend Johnson Storage & Moving for all your moving and storage needs.

Horrible customer service. The worst I've encountered. Three calls over five business days to Victoria G. When she finally called back, she was rude, rushed, and unhelpful. When she did finally call, she told me she needed to call someone else to check availability and would call me "back in a minute" she never called back. It's been five days now. I ended up calling rocky movers Who had someone over to give me an estimate the next day, and was happy to book the $10,000 move to Oregon. I could see why the reviews of Johnson moving and storage are so horrible.Save yourself time. Go with someone else.

This is the second move I have completed with Jerome's crew from Johnson Storage & Moving (formerly Nomad Logistics) in the past two years. Can't say enough positive things about Jerome, Devin, Garret, Jared, Ryan and Sam!! They are not only careful, efficient and incredibly hard working, but their positive attitudes make the day so much better. They just moved the "treasures...aka way to many boxes" and antique furniture for my 76 year old parents. They had to disassemble some challenging items and never complained or gave up. This could not have been an easy move for the crew, but they did it without hesitation, with great care for their things and at a very fair price. I highly recommend this crew!!

Highly recommendThey were everything I needed and wanted in a move. Polite, efficient, fast, on time and best of all, they eased my fears (my first time moving to a different state). I did a horrible job wrapping my moving boxes, but they came in, and accomplished in minutes, what took me days. Communication was also top notch. What else can i say? If you're moving, use these guys
