Interesting conversation with this agency, I called to enquire about switching my Allstate agent, The current agency, of which i have bee at for several yrs, was recently bought by another agent, Needless to say, their new business model is quite different from what I was used to, so I decided to explore switching agents, This agency (Jen Morrow) was not even interested, The comment I made the person whom i was talking to ,was so, you as an agent are not interested in keeping an Allstate customer, her comment was, you are free to do business with whom ever you want. So the long and short of this is Hello STATE FARM

I like the way this agency stays in touch, but not too much. They keep me informed on what’s going on in the insurance world, how to keep my rates low. But they don’t try to keep selling me stuff. That’s a good thing. And they respond to mr questions quickly. I give them an above average rating.

Have had auto and homeowners policies with Allstate and managed by this office. I primarily deal with JEN MORROW who i have found to be ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. I may call with questions about my policies and she explainins the answers always to my satisfaction. Jen has a solid knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry and Allstate as well as being a valuable asset and employee to Allstate.Overall she has been very reliable, professional, honest and also so much fun to talk with. When i call their office, i always hope Jen answers the phone as she is the BEST.

There is nothing quite like having the personalized care and connection with a personal insurance agent. We tried the eInsurance- for 12 months - and went back to Jen Morrow. This is a family business and Jen is authentic, precisely detailed in how she runs her agency. The staff is the same, with Cynthia being my go-to person for 10 years. They have supported my family through an teen accident while I was out of the country and I never had a worry, coming home to a fully repaired car. You can't say that about very many auto insurance agencies. But Jen Morrow Allstate is one you can count on.
