For My Family... Unfortunately, the Interaction that We Experienced with Jane OHerron of Dakota Property Management, Company Proved to Be An 11 Month Long Inexplicably Menacing Experience, in Which Jane Was Filled With Lies, Deception, Calculating Coldness To Any Emotion and Unfortunately for Dakota Property Management's Owners, Jane Had No Qualms In Dealing in Unethical Business Practices.I Actually Felt Bad For Her on 1 Occasion That She Called me . Apparently, Her Cohort Had Let Jane Know That My Husband And I Were Onto Her Shenanigans. When she called, Jane OHerron Was Rightfully A Nervous Wreck! My Husband Answered That Call And 3 Times, I Heard Her Almost Begging For Him Not To Put Me On Line, That She Would Just Speak With Him. I deducted it to be only 2 situations that would make her that uneasy:1. Jane OHerron was Acting as If Someone else (the public servant?) was standing over her making her nervous;2. Or, Per Chance, Jane's Cohort Had Let Her Know That My Husband and I were Going To Go Public With The Information Of What She Had Gotten Involed In...Because, I Still Do Have Unconditional Love In My Heart I Decided To Take It Easy On The Old Girl. I Just Really Felt Bad for Jane OHerron, at that Moment. She was just Really Really Afraid And Nervous, I Could Hear Jane's Voice and Body Literally Trembling over the Phone Line, as Jane was Fearful of Any Reprecussions for the Actions That Jane had Allowed Herself To Be A Part of...I suppose Jane oHerron, Thought She Was Woman Enough To Throw a Family Out Into The Streets. A Family that Had No Lease Violations, that Were a Great Help to Any Neighbor Who Was In Need Of Money Or Car Repairs and Had Even Managed to be Consistent in Paying Their Rent on Time (Even During the 'Pandemic') All While the Mother of the Young Family was Fighting to Stay Alive and Mom had Just Begun To Walk Again and was making Strides in Recuperation from Illnesses, due to PTSD.However, None Of Those Things Were Of Concern To Jane. As A Matter Of Fact, When The Mother Was Crying And Pleading With Jane In Front Of 2 Other people, Jane Actually Looked Dead Into The Eyes Of The Distressed Mother Of The Family, and This Is So Sad But, (Just as All That I've noted Thus Far,) This is The God-Honest TRUTH, the More The Mother Cried, The Bigger Jane's Smile Was Getting.To Top it All Off, Jane OHerron Illegally kept Every Penny of the family's almost $3000.00 Security Deposit; Then Washed Her Hands and Walked Away. We Shall Be Seeing her and Dakota in Court and All Because Of Her Actions and Thinking She Got Away With Her Involvement. Nope!My Belief is that Each Business Owner is Accountable for How Their Entity is Represented, by the Person's with Whom The Owner has Chosen to Contract to Employ.That being said, Jane OHerron UnEthical Demonstrated Business Of A Person, that I as a Business Owner Myself, Would Want No Dealings With a Such Liable and Bidenous Individual. Jane OHerron Is Flat Out Unethical. Jane pretended to be the Property Manger, but Never was assigned as manager of the Property Which I Rented. Jane Simply and Insidiously, Conspired Against My Unsuspecting Young Family.Peace to Each of You and Yours,JoyLove
