Unfortunately we didn’t even get to tour so I can’t speak to the condition of the facility. Originally I was emailing with someone named Larisa, emails were very short and never fully answered my questions. I was told to call to schedule a tour, attempted to call several times and was not able to get anyone. I emailed her informing her of this and never heard back. Very disappointing as communication being a new parent is soooooo important to me… clearly communication is not at the top of their priority list.

This place is amazing. If you are looking for a day care where your child will be safe and well attended, this is the right place. The receptionist is amazing, all the kids want to hug her.The director is very gentle and polite.I have been in several day cares, but haven't seen such good attitude anywhere, as i found here. One more important thing is that everything is very clean and well organized.

Scheduled a tour and sat at the door for 5 minutes ringing the doorbell multiple times. Finally a parent let us in without any knowledge to why we are there. We sat in the lobby for another 5 minutes before a worker finally came. She had no idea why we were there and finally we just left. But as we were waiting I wanted to see how secure the building was inside and I was able to walk into any class room around the building. I literally started going into classrooms with children in it!!!!!! No daycare worker in sightHonestly this is unacceptable. Not having someone in front is bad enough for over ten minutes but then to allow a stranger like me to walk around the facility and literally open doors with children is a hard pass for us. Hard to imagine anyone would leave there kids here.

i never ever leave reviews but I figured this one was important to share. I decided to give this place a shot and I regret it. The staff barely speaks English so communicating is very difficult. They definitely do not go over your application or give a damn about allergies, intolerances or things that might be wrong with your child. For example on the intake form I said no milk products for my son due to an intolerance(mind you on the medical form his Pediatrician signed off on, it said this as well) and he was given milk. I saw it clear as day in a picture that was sent to me during lunch. My son was also scratched in the face by another child (4 years of age) and the scratch was so deep he now has a scar. No one called me, no one filed an incident report and no one reported it to the director. I asked the teachers what had happened and no one could tell me, only that "oh he got scratched" yeah no s**t! This place is an absolute joke, don't waste your money and don't be fooled by their new sign "under new management", there is so much more wrong with this place, but I think you get it.

My daughter loves this school. She has been going to their Pre-K program since August and is thriving. The teachers there are great and the kids all seem very happy and engaged in the classroom. They do follow a curriculum and update their app with photos and notes throughout the day.

Ever since Larissa took over ownership of the school in the fall of 2022 we fell in love with the new teachers and the dedication and energy they bring. Our kid is in 4 year old group, asks to go to school on the weekends, has made great progress and we couldn't be happier

This place is all about money, it's not safe for the children to attend there. None of the teachers care about the safety of the students. I had to remove my daughter after a month due to safety concern.

Don't take your kids here. If your child is sick they will still charge you. They don't care about the kids at all all there care about is money. So i called today i asked the director. So all you guys care about is money And the director literally said yes

WORST DAYCARE EVER! DO NOT PLAN TO WORK AND HAVE RELIABLE DAYCARE. They contact you (today) in the morning (by their app) telling you they have limited capacity (only 10 infants can be there) because teachers have called in sick. Before you can dash out to get there, another message will comes through that they are already full. So you scramble to find help for that day. This has happened at least 3-4 times in the last 4-6 weeks and I can bet it will be limited again tomorrow as I don't think all the teachers will be well in a day. UPDATE: Yep, limited again tomorrow. They do NOT have floaters. What a mess! Their menu is gross - fish sticks, taquitos, spagettios and leftovers. Cheap canned and frozen food - non nutritious, not meant for anyones body. They DO NOT have a curriculum so who knows what they do each day. When asked for one, I was told they are working on it. But shouldn't they have one to run a daycare. The owner would NOT send it to me telling me they don't send that out to the parents. Why shouldn't I know what's being done in daycare? Other daycares will post curriculums for their parents to see. They close at 5pm, so you may need to leave work early to pick up as they don't have enough help for the longer hours. About a month ago, they sent a message through their app, everyone must come pick up their child. They had 4 out of state teachers and didn't do a proper background check so they needed to close. They offered limited capacity the following days. I have never seen a daycare facilities so poorly run. The owner doesn't care as he leaves before noon to run his other businesses when this one is a mess. Unless another owner takes this facility over, I would not use this daycare. Oh, it's also on PROBATION.

This place is horribly run. My son was here the majority of last year. Just like every day care there was a lot of turn over for staff and directors. Some teachers were amazing and others were terrible and did some very concerning things. Every time there was director/staff switch I was reached out to and advised of concerning issue and advised to not stay. I chose to anyway. I did love the facility and the app. My husband was out of work for the winter and I had made arrangements with them to have a spot on a certain date. I called monthly over 4 months and it was always a go! I called two weeks ago and it was a go. I called the Friday before he was supposed to start on Monday. Then all of a sudden they were on probation and couldn’t take him yet. I called back later in the day (after I was told by the new director that’s he would call me). And a manager told me that prior to that incident they never actually had space for my son. THEY HAD MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO TELL ME IN ADVANCE and give me time to find something else. Now here I am with no daycare and having to call out of my new job (where I don’t have pto yet). TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT ALL ACROSS THE BOARD. thanks for screwing me over Ikid!

Initially I thought this place was perfect! They really seemed like they knew what they were doing and I was excited for my little one to go here. Then I quickly realized how dysfunctional and disorganized this place was. Poor (if any) communication, lost paperwork, high turnover rate, the list goes on and on. Mistakes were made on their part and they had no intention of trying to fix it or explain the mishap. My child will not be going here because I do not trust that they know what they are doing.

I am glad we made a return to this location because it appears to have made many great improvements with the team and managers. I always thought this was a nice child care location, but the team now seems to take the cake when it comes to professionalism, kindness, and leadership in the child care world. I generally only leave reviews for restaurants and stores and avoid stuff like this because every parent is different and expects different things for their children, but the comfort level I have at this location warranted a review. Great place!

Awful. I registered my child but on the first day they had no record of her. They let her come anyway but had no way of registering her or charging us until the owners returned. We promptly found different care for our newborn.

Our son attended iKid Academy for about 2 years. He loved it and jumped out of bed every morning excited to go to school. The staff are amazing and our son really loved his teachers. He came home everyday with a big smile on his face singing a new song he learned or telling us about what they learned about in school. The communication to parents is top notch. Teachers can communicate directly with parents via an app and pictures are shared everyday. Any questions we sent were usually answered within minutes. The facility is still new and very clean. The art work around the building is very neat and our son loved it. Food is provided and the meals the students received were healthy and fantastic. We truly loved iKid and had we not moved we would still be sending our son here. We've made life long friends here and it will always have a special place in our hearts.

I filled out the form online 3 times, emailed twice, and called at least a half dozen times and could not get anyone to return my calls about getting on the waitlist. This place must have no availability because they don't seem interested in new applicants.
