My son was driving cross-country and his car quit just as he got to Denver. Hotshots was recommended by family in the area. We are so impressed with the service he received to get him back on the road in a day. Thank you!

HotShots Automotive is the best. I almost hate leaving a review - because they're the best auto shop in the Denver metro area, and I'm not sure I want the secret to get out. It's privately owned (not a large corporation like most places these days), and the owner is a great guy - and he runs an amazing shop. A lot of places these days offer rush services for one specific thing (they'll do tires, brakes, or oil changes, but only one thing). This shop can do it all (serious automotive work, or an oil change and change of tires, etc.) - and they do it right. I've never left an automotive shop with the confidence that my car is safe to drive like I do when I leave HotShots. 5 Stars every time!!!

Very knowledgeable on all work that I have had done there. They are very timely. They don’t drag their jobs out very courteous and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

S***e. From hotshots sold me a car(at hotshots) in oct’22 a used car for a non negotiable sum. I told him I didn’t know about cars and had a 4yr old and I’m clearly buying a budget car, this guy sold me a car that seemed to have its diagnostic swiped(knocking). Bought on thurs. Check engine came on sat. Major issues. Car died soon after. Woulda cost more than I paid to fix.Now I gotta get the child’s seat out and buy a car from ANY one else.If you’re looking for HONESTY, Id try elsewhere. ???????

This place absolutely dominates the auto repair sector, they have a secret, good technicians and good service and honest pricing. Don't take your car to a dealership they are a ripoff and provide low quality services with nice window dressing. My entire family goes to Hotshots and we don't trust our vehicles anywhere else. Hotshots may be a little higher, but after you get your "final" bill from the other guys it will be too late. Also hotshots doesn't upsell their tickets with BS they have customers coming nonstop and don't need to make every ticket count on markups, they are slammed.Services: Transmission

Seems like they are going out of business. Never open or answer phone calls I stopped in since they don't answer and nobody was there. Asked the business next door and they didn't know what was going on

Avoid this business like the plague. Over a year ago I took my VW Jetta to this shop for regular service (oil change, rotate tires etc.). They then up-sold me on several hundred dollars of additional work which I agreed to. Then they broke parts on my vehicle while attempting to perform the additional service they were obviously not qualified to do, could not return my vehicle on time because they had to order the parts they broke from a VW dealer and finally had the nerve to attempt to charge me for the parts they broke. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS OUTFIT!Service: General repairs & maintenance

6 months ago they happily took my gti to work on it. Now they not only claim they never ever work in any Volkswagen vehicles the desk clerk started getting hostile with me when I asked him to look me up in their computer. Avoid these people at all costs they only target soccer moms who don't know better. Seriously disappointed at the service.
