“My family and I purchased a huge toolbox while my husband was on a business trip as a surprise for his birthday. The staff were extremely helpful, patient and supportive. The four members that helped us were Jade, Peyton, Deandre and Natalie. Unfortunately, the survey only gives you two weeks to put in a review and I apologize to all four of them for failing to do the survey in time. They are all excellent employees and we truly appreciate them helping us out. The store was closing and the system kept going down but they continued to help us with patience and kindness. “The professionals at the Pro desk help keep my handyman small business, The Ernest Carpenter, going strong. Sarah and Mike are always on top of everything, and I know we can always count on them whether we've got a big job, or a small one. We developed a rapore years ago, and it's nice to be able to get the type of customer support from a big box store as you would a small mom and pop. They always treat us like family.Additionally, sometimes the paint department can be hit or miss at some Lowes stores, but not the Greenwood Village store. Their paint department is ran by Sherwin Williams representatives, Steve and (recently arrived but previously known) Zack, who always makes us feel like VIPs every time we visit.Shout out to those who also support these parts of the store, such as Ryan, Hector, Phil, and more. We always look forward to coming in.”

“I am a ReStore convert!!! I am truly addicted to the stores and the concept! To know my purchase is giving back is the first plus in my book! My In-Laws got us hooked, they remodeled their home and bought the majority from ReStore! We recently bought a new home and needed A LOT of items! Oven, cooktop, washer/dryer and rugs. We found it ALL and MORE!!! And at truly amazing prices!!! As an artist, I will doubled over with joy at finding a vintage drafting table!!! SCORE of a lifetime! Take your time, travel to all the stores-it is worth it and more! The staff are AMAZING!!! We ended up with a couch we were not looking for-but fell in LOVE with. The staff we so happy for us and our finds. I look forward to our future trips to pick up lamps/tile/sinks...who knows! I refuse to limit myself knowing how much is InStore at ReStore (LOL-couldn't resist!)”

Which means no matter what I say, I'll be ignored cause Corporate America is about as friendly as a rock! You get 5 stars for utterly being on my device to review at the right time and right place . If I ever go in here though, good chance that would be the last time, cause like everything else I write about, I hate them all and think horrible things should happen, like paving over this place and making it a skate park!! “Always busy with a very poorly laid out parking lot that is congested. It is in the same parking lot as Whole Foods (sort of).If you are coming for lumber you are much better going to a yard the specializes in it as the wood here is usually warped and of poor quality.I recommend Austin Hardwoods of Denver.For power tools Ryobi is my recommendation because of the universal battery. But make sure you check the bundles as sometimes it's cheaper to get a couple tools or a tool plus a battery than it is just the single tool. Also check the price on the website which is sometimes cheaper.”

“Today my son and I made purchases at two Home Depot stores, this one on Mississippi and the Pioneer Hills one on S. Chambers. The staff at this store are helpful, friendly and the store provides military veterans with a 10% discount on their purchases. We bought 4 items today. Then, because this store didn't have the toilet seats we wanted, we followed an employees suggestion that we drive to the Pioneer Hills store for them (he had checked stock online). The Pioneer Hills store charged several dollars more for the items we purchased and the MANAGER told us she was issuing the military discount. When we arrived home, we saw they had given my son a discount for one of the 2 identical items. So half a discount, or 5% instead of 10%. We will be staying with the Mississippi store in the future. Better customer service and staff we can trust.”
