I have been coming to this clinic for about 3 years now so I’ve been plenty of people come and go. But honestly this last time I attended was it for me. You schedule an appointment and you’ll be sitting in that waiting area watching everyone go and you’ll be 30 minutes past your appointment time still sitting. Once you’re in that office they make sure you’re rushed out the door! I went in almost a month ago for my annual physical and they drew up some blood work. Well I have yet to receive a phone call about my results. I spoke to someone at the receptionist desk on 3/8 and he said that my doctor was going out of the office and on vacation he said he would try his best to see if she would give me a quick call in regards to my results but if there was anything urgent I would have already been notified. I left it alone, did I get a call back? No! I call them again today to see if I could go in for a visit about another concern and to hopefully speak to someone about my results! Well the same guy spoke to me and he stated that in my chart the results are there and I could read them for myself! Because I’m a doctor right? And that there was a note in my chart stating that someone called me about them on 3/6 and that there were notes associated with the results. How is that logical? Why would I be calling them again if someone spoke to me? Oh and he cut me off as well he said “well before you go about what you’re going to say” That absurd! Because I have phone call records that state NO ONE HAS CALLED!!! And if so I hope whoever they spoke to they asked for a date of birth or that’s braking HIPPA!!! Lastly I have nothing in my patient portal that states or reviews my results! This place is honestly a mess and it has been for a while. Save your time and energy!

Honestly just don't go. I went here years ago and it's not worth your time and money, some serious concerns about how much these people actually care. You can do better than this place. I am using a different name so for exactly the purpose you described. I don't want you knowing all myedical details and being the pissy little Darla I remember. I mean talk about a petty person.

Thoroughly disappointed & I haven’t even had the chance to be seen.3 things:1. When I walked it, it was very chaotic and not one word was said to me, about being with me after the client at the desk was taken care of.- I had to walk up again after about 10 minutes of waiting.Mehhh no big deal.The guy at front desk was pretty pleasant so that was at least nice.2. They “take walk ins” this is very misleading because they don’t or else I would have been seen that day.Again alright… buuuuut I walked in and made an appointment.Again not a big deal but definitely misleading.3. Made my appointment and for a certain day & time. All for it to be cancelled as I’m already on the way?(Appt @ 10am: Cancelled @ 9:30am)My “provider” is sick.Okay not a huge deal…People get sick I know!Buuuuut get me scheduled with another provider!As im signing consent forms they are requiring me as a client to give them 24-48hrs notice of a cancellation/reschedule and not reciprocating the time frame! I moved my whole day around so that I can go- because unlike their sign said they don’t actually take walk-ins because I would have been seen the day that I walked in- because I had the time!I cancelled the entire thing and will be seen somewhere else.* Don’t advertise walk-ins welcomedIf you don’t actually have the staff to take walk-ins OR Specify what kind of walk-ins your taking…..this is why the clinic was appealing… I needed answers when I walked in.

Decided not to do a Covid test. Even with severe cough and red, inflamed throat because Gail, the NP stated the patient “did not look sick enough”. Shocking. Then was told they ran out of Covid tests.

First treatment of IPL laser done on my glute (never had this procedure done before) and Dr Claire was great and super informative! Excited to see how the treated spot looks after the next couple sessions!

The entire staff at Health Now are very friendly and inviting. Claire is the best and the hydrofacial is a lifesaver. My pores are frequently clogged with blackheads and the monthly facial saves my skin. I'm also prone to breakouts and have sensitive skin, so I can attest that the results are amazing and the equipment and products used are high quality.
