Christine has done our family's taxes for the last 4 years. She is very knowledgeable and explains things in terms that I can understand. She has saved us money with different tax strategy recommendations. Highly recommend!

As a business owner of 3 companies, we have used this firm Christine ****** longer than we should have, since 2013. Each year there has been some sort of difficulty or drama with our taxes or our bill. This year we were slapped with a $25K personal tax bill that she decided to wait until the very last minute to file (Oct 15th) that cost us $1700 of penalties and interest. When we met with her today to discuss, she literally became volatile and started yelling at us for asking questions to the point we got up and left and will never be back. We have never been spoken to in such an unprofessional manner by anyone, let alone a "professional". Throughout the year, she does not do any projections or planning, as most CPA's are very proactive in this way because they work for the best interest of their clients. She doesn't return phone calls or emails. There have been times she was unresponsive for months. She is never in the office, and she is always late for our meetings, unapologetically. I imagine she is late because she is busy getting her fake lashes and fake hair in place after a long nap. She is totally checked out, one foot out the door to retirement, and in her words she "doesn't babysit her clients or the bookkeepers she works with." so if the client ends up with big penalties, what does she care? She still gets paid. Save yourself a lot of time and money and find a true professional, as there is truly no way someone like herself, that is so part time, can keep up with all the new tax laws like the bigger firms, and the client is the one the pays for her incompetence in the end. I see she has written some pretty nasty responses to the other poor reviews of her in the past, so let's see how unprofessional she will be with the transparency of this business owner's experience.... As a self employed bookkeeper, I worked with Christine on tax projections for a mutual client and she was professional, knowledgeable and timely. Very pleasant to work with. I was also surprised to see how reasonable her rates are on the tax returns she prepared for this mutual client. I plan to send more business her way.
