Horrible customer service! Save yourself a headache and go to McDonald Mazda instead.
My 2020 CX-5 was not starting or accelerating properly. After sending it to a shop thinking it was a battery issue, the vehicle was sent to Groove because the alternator was bad and the car is under manufacturers warranty.
Three days later I get my car back, with no repairs made, an invoice for $75 and a roadside assistance number to call for when the car inevitably breaks down.
There was zero communication from the service department. I had no vehicle for three days and had to reschedule a trip, while I assumed that my car was being repaired. Only to find out they spent twenty minutes running a diagnostic and just didn’t bother to return the vehicle.
I called to discuss the poor experience and was told that the service supervisor would call me the next business day, which never happened.
If you read the reviews on Groove Mazda you’ll notice a trend… the sales department apparently is well run, but there are never ending complaints about how bad the service department is.
Good news is that my experience couldn’t have been more different at McDonald Mazda up the street! They were communicative, prompt and fixed my car quickly. I can guarantee I’ll be buying my next vehicle from them!

I sincerely regret purchasing my vehicle through this. dealership.
They “lost” my financial paperwork, or was it never filed? I kept getting a different excuse the 3 times I had to go back to talk to them about getting the paperwork in order, which took almost 2 months to get it all straightened out.
My new car didn’t include a jack in it. I didn’t realize this until I had a flat tire and had to wait 2.5 hours for roadside assistance to show up. If the car would have had a jack, I would have been able to change it myself. I placed multiple calls into the general manager for a replacement, but have yet to receive a call back.
The guy that sold me the car was great. Everything that happened after I signed the dotted line was terrible

I purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-9 last year, never titled, potential customer drive car. After a few months we got an indication of low tire pressure. I filled it with air and the light returned in about a week. After repeating the procedure, I finally took it to Discount Tire. They told me someone had installed an extra large patch to the tire which was not repairable and illegal. I contacted Groove Mazada via Facebook and immediately got a response that they would look into it. That was over 2 months ago. I still have not heard from them. I expected them to replace to faulty tire. I didn't even get a phone call!

My fiancé was looking for a pre-owned vehicle and had gone to several dealerships throughout an entire day. I just bought my first car here and couldn't have done it without the helpful and caring crew they've got! Arkadiy Karasev in particular was fantastic, reaching out via phone and corresponding with me by email to narrow down what I was looking for. He was really knowledgeable, definitely paid attention to my "must- haves" and I was so surprised how easy he made my decision! Seriously appreciative. Groove Mazda was a fantastic dealership to work with. I was originally looking at Echo Park next door but stayed at Groove instead. The prices were very competitive and Mark Ian was extremely helpful. He showed me the cars I wanted to look at and helped me with any questions. He was extremely honest and never pushy. The team was willing to work within my budget constraints and very helpful in getting the car and features I wanted for the price I needed. I highly recommend Groove and recommend asking for Mark Ian.

Outstanding customer service. Sara Sacks and Sam Whitney were both very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They were timely and responsive to all my questions. There were no surprises in the selection and leasing process. Pricing was very competitive. Bob Chapman was excellent in preparing and explaining the necessary lease documents. It was a very pleasant experience and will plan to return to Groove in 3years when my lease expires.

Mark Ian and Dan were great. We worked primarily with Mark Ian and appreciated his low pressure approach. Dan runs the shop and he was great as well. Very knowledgeable. We test drove 3 cars and there was never really any sales pitch. They just presented the facts and gave us room to make our decision. They even let us test drive the car we bought (before purchase) to another dealership to compare it to another car we were considering. Great place to buy a car. We would certainly do business with them again.

I had an overall great experience with the people at groove Mazda. I had some various troubles along the way in the process and Sara was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions as well as getting me a great car and helping me through all the financing issues/ questions I had. I would highly recommend this dealership and Sara personally.

Had a great experience with Sara and Destiny. They were so helpful in getting my new car in my lease. Destiny helped me during my first car lease and I loved working with her again. Bought a little Mazda hatchback yesterday! When we walked in we were sent to Rebekah who was extremely friendly! It was freezing and snowing outside and she wiped off the car and brought it around for us to test drive, throughout the transaction she wasn’t pushy which is rare for car dealerships and they definitely did extra measures to make sure i was comfortable with the car i was buying. Julia finished us up, she’s also very friendly. It was an overall great experience and i love my new car!
