Update 12/12/23: I've had a couple of great interactions since my original review so I'm updating it. The service team has been very attentive, efficient and helpful. My service appointments have completed without a hitch and the couple times that I showed up without an appointment they were very helpful as well.---Difficult for me to write this review because I like their sales team. However, service is clearly sub par. Went for standard service last week. The guy that “welcomed” me was quite abrupt and cut me off several times. I told him that I was pretty sure I had a slow leak in my tire. My service was done in about an hour and he told me that everything looked fine. Sure enough, my tire is almost flat one week later. If he’d spent an extra two minutes listening instead of being obnoxious I’m sure they could have found the leak for me and saved me a flat. Bottom line: I don’t think their service team cares much about service.

Fantastic experience. Donovan Sanchez is the salesman you want if you're looking for lots of information and zero pressure. Dealer is efficient and processed paperwork fast.Price was fair from the start and the car was exactly as described online. I hate buying cars and this was the first time I drove away happy with the experience. Ask for Donovan and you'll have a similar experience.

Definitely don't recommend coming here! My wife and I was buying a car about 7 months ago and they didn't work with us at all! They told us they could definitely approve my wife even though she is just starting out with credit and they couldn't do it! But Schomp approved my wife and had her in a new car within hours!

Jeff makes the whole process better truthfully and honestly had to be said. I came looking for a car my husband and I are 21 normally not a lot of people take young people seriously but he did and let me say he made a mark he was so good at negotiating and is such a kind person. They are very lucky to have him. He is an amazing person and truthfully and honestly when he says I am going to take care of you he does just that. I also recommend this company, also service is always so kind and so fast. They communicate everything with you and do not leave you in the dust. When your car is in service they text you and or you can text them with any questions and they get back to you so quickly.I would also like to shout out Eloy amazing person as well, overall like I said an amazing company I will be coming back and buying a car from them every single time no questions asked. LITERALLY THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!! Where do I start? Bought a used car from them in April and it's been NOTHING but problems since. Paid in cash. When I test drove the car, I noticed it was pretty dirty. I was assured by my salesman, AJ, that it would be detailed when I picked it up. On the day that I picked up the car, it was obvious it hadn't been touched. When I confronted AJ about the car not being detailed, he simply told me that I was buying a used vehicle and it wouldn't be perfect. However, I wasn't complaining about scratches or damage. I was complaining about dirt and dust which CAN and SHOULD be cleaned. Knowing I wouldn't get anywhere with him, I went home and called the dealership and spoke with a manager. She apologized and told me to come in the next day to get it detailed. When I came in the next day, AJ was singing a different tune now that his boss was around. I showed him obvious stains, and he blamed it on the guys in the back. But I don't blame them because I don't think he even bothered to take it in the back in the first place. After it was detailed, I took it to a mechanic for a full inspection because I started to hear a noise. They told me the rear brakes needed to be completely replaced. This was somehow missed in Groove's "160-point inspection." A week later, I got a nail in one of my tires and found out the tires were also pretty worn, after AJ had told me they were almost "brand new" during the test drive. To top all this off, they messed up the title paperwork and I had to return to get a 2nd temp tag. After the 2nd one, they refused to give me another temp tag when that one expired, even though they messed up the title paperwork which prevented me from being able to register my car in time. Every time I call in, AJ speaks to me with a condescending tone when I'm the person that gave him commission on a car he wasn't honest about. Then I get transferred to voicemails that are never returned. I will NEVER return, not even for the free oil changes. I will be happy if I never have to deal with these guys again. They are the quintessential dishonest and deceitful used car dealership.

Groove servicing is the best! I had taken my Mazda to another (closer) dealer for my normal servicing. After they listed numerous “urgent” repairs that needed to be performed to the tune of $2,000, I decided to get a second opinion and took my Mazda to Groove. They were quick, professional, and most important, honest. My $2,000 of urgent repairs turned to zero. I will forever go the extra distance to come to Groove for my service needs.

I won't go anywhere else other than Groove Mazda for service again. Where do I begin!? My car had one of the worst things happen to it that could happen... in the middle of the highway, I not only hit something, but for some reason, all of my coolant to drain out of my vehicle and start spurting oil and coolant through my water pump. I drove it to the nearest pep boys where they told me that the hoses were all swollen and they couldn't diagnose the car and that I would have to take it to Mazda.I took it to Mazda and they told me that all the coolant and oil had drained from my car due to a coolant pump failure and that my engine had completely warped and seized up. I was beyond devastated as my car only had 62,000 miles on it and now needed a full engine and radiator replacement. As I worked for almost a full month with insurance to find they wouldn't cover the damage, Todd was an absolute saint and helped work with the insurance providers, gave me a loaner car for the entire time we were still figuring out what we would do, helped pair me with a salesperson to explore getting a new car (upon my request), clearly explained the issues and gave me a quote, and even tried working directly with Mazda on my behalf to see if some of the powertrain warranty might apply given I was right outside the window of expiration for it.Todd went above and beyond to take care of me during one of the most stressful moments i've had in a while. He was nothing but patient as I explored my options, and he and the parts services manager both worked tirelessly to make sure I got the very best price on parts and labor possible which ended up saving me a big chunk of the repair. My car is driving like it is brand new and the 2-year automatic warranty on parts and labor has given me so much piece of mind. I decided after this experience that I don't ever want anyone else to service my vehicle aside from the folks at Groove Mazda because they TRULY have your best interest at heart and look at you like a human and not a paycheck. Thanks so much team!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Best customer service I’ve received in years! I had a problem with my newer Mazda, took it in last Saturday with it being a Holliday weekend. They gave me a loaner equivalent to my car, and couldn’t be nicer and more helpful! Life long customer! Thanks Groove Mazda

Not using CarFax correctly. Had my rear differential replaced 2/2022, just went in for an oil change 5/2023 at a different shop and they told me I needed a rear differential replacement. It had been a long day and I forgot I had gotten it done a little over a year ago/7,000 miles. Just wasted $ because all they put on the carfax was “vehicle serviced,” didn’t even include the mileage. It wasn’t until I got home and found the receipt I realized. Seems lazy not to properly document.

Bought a Mazda on 3/20/23. Now on my second temp tag. Contacted Jeffco DMV; they said they sent Groove a rejection letter on 4/25. It's now 6/10 and nothing's been done. Eloy in Finance is not returning my calls. Wondering how and when I'll be able to get the vehicle registered. Wondering whether it will take an attorney. Not happy so far.

Groove Mazda not only met but exceeded all expectations of our car buying experience. No hassle, friendly and pleasant- that is how we would describe our dealer, Zach Love. He was wonderful to work with and given the fact that I was not feeling my best and exhausted, he was exceptionally patient. Just as awesome, was our finance guy - Eloy Preciado. Eloy handled the numbers side with complete ease and with total regard for our personal finance situation. We definitely felt confident that he had our backs. As seniors on a limited budget it was important for us to be exactly where we needed to be and this dynamic team did so with ease and integrity. I would recommend Groove Mazda to anyone looking for a top notch dealership.

I doubt all the car salesmen here are like this but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. If you are avoiding price badgering and being belittled do not go here. Background: I went to this Mazda in hopes of trying their cx-5. I was with my dad, I am a young woman, this is my first car purchase, so obviously I asked my dad to just be there for support. I am an educated person and knew I was not going to go into a car dealership without researching pricing or car facts. Luckily I got Costco pricing, Kelley blue book pricing, and my company offers me perk spot true car price matching for cars. But this day I wasn't even looking to buy, I just wanted to test drive and the majority of my research was just to have an idea of what cars fit my wants and needs as I was going to multiple dealerships. Here's what happened: I was greeted by a salesman who took me outside to see all the used cars. First red flag should've been that another associate tried talking to us first and he just kind of butt in and took us. We went down to the car area with used CX-5's (kind of below the main area) He asked what I was wanting from the trip there and I just said I was browsing and in the market for a new car and wanted to test drive, not buy. I start looking at the selection and turned to my dad, not him, and said "jeez these sticker prices aren't what I was expecting, this is not what I had researched, a good 3k over any of my price matches". The car salesman chimes in "what are you expecting what's your price range?" and we go into a whole conversation on this. Finally I go, "well I have researched 4 different car price matching sites -- KBB, Costco, perk spot, and CarMax and these sticker prices just don't match. I am just taken back by it." I proceed to pull out my phone to show what I am talking about. The car salesman cuts me off and turns to my dad, completely laughing and now ignoring me "Come on, seriously?! Kelley blue book? Get out of here with that. That pricing is national not regional and here these are the prices." or something like that. The worst part is what happens next: The salesman continues to belittle me about pricing but at this point we had driven an hour to this location so I just wanted to test drive a CX-5. My dad basically cut him off and asked to test drive on behalf of me because I felt so uncomfortable. The salesman said he was going to grab the keys to one I liked and to wait there. We wait, and wait, 35 MINUTES GO BY and he hasn't come back. We walk up towards the building and he is talking to some new customers up top where we couldn't see. So, we just left. Thanks.I understand that you value your pricing. But for someone having a private conversation with their father and making it CLEAR all they wanted to do was test drive that day, badgering and belittling customers about pricing and then leaving them in the dust for over half an hour? That's not okay.Who was this person? I wish I remembered their name. They were probably 5'9, mid 40-50's, and partially bald working at night on June 7th, 2023.

I had an excellent experience with Nico (sales representative) and Kalie (finance manager) on purchasing a 2023 Mazda CX-30 Premium. I initially expressed interest in the highest trim level and after a test drive, I didn't feel like I needed some of the technology that was standard in the Premium Plus. Nico looked for some options of the second-highest trim that were presently on-site and found a perfect option for me. I offered them a trade-in and felt very comfortable for what they offered for it. Kalie was hilarious and kept the mood light during the financial portion of the purchase. Everything went smoothly and everyone I encountered was able to answer my questions and I drove away with a beautiful car after a few hours!I would highly recommend working with Nico if you're in the market for a Mazda.

I bought my current CX-30 from another place but have been bringing it to Groove Mazda since. They have been accommodating even though they didn't sell me the car they have gone above and beyond to help me when it needs repairs and helping me save money believe it or not. Todd, Ryan, and Ty always do everything they can to help everyone who comes in. They truly care about getting you in a safe and reliable ride as if you are family. I never have gotten this experience from any other dealership and am happy I found this one!
