I stopped by to look at F-150 Platinums, I met Jacob Robbins in sales who when out of his way to show me many vehicles, and answered many questions. Jacob was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The sales manager, finance manager were also very helpful. They gave me a great trade in and a fair price on the vehicle I purchased. If you are looking for a new ford, I recommend Groove Ford and asking for Jacob Robbins! Jacob and the team members will take great care of you!

I will not get my car serviced here again or get another Ford. Customer service sucks. They had my car for little more than two months and my car was in for transmission issues (car under 57,000 miles). Furthermore, I had to pay for repairs on top of third party car rental while my car was in the shop. Ridiculous.

My wife and I just purchased a 2023 Maverick XLT from Groove Ford this week and we had an excellent experience. From first calling to schedule a test drive to actually leaving with my purchased truck, everything was relaxed and straightforward. Our sales man David was very kind and easy to get along with and answered all of our questions completely and I never got the impression was being taken for a ride. I was listened to and he made the car buying process as painless as it could be. Highly recommend. Beyond satisfied with the experience and my truck.

After having a terrible experience with groove ford a few years ago I am happy to be giving them 5 stars!! David Hernandez was an exceptional salesman and was so patient and helpful through the whole process of buying a new expedition. We went back and forth for a few days but David was very informative and communicative with us. I couldn’t be happier than to have gone through them, they got us in our dream car!! Thank you to David and Jeremy for everything they did. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They totally deserve it!!!

Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful! They went out of their way to quickly assist us and get us back on the road home to Tennessee. We can not say enough good things about our experience purchasing and servicing our vehicle here. We would not hesitate to visit them again!

They are OK at selling you a car but not standing behind it. I bought a 2year old, gold factory certified, truck there. I found the oversized tires (which they installed prior to the sale) rubbed, making a horrible sound. When I went back to show the salesman I worked with, I was told to take it to a 4x4 shop for an alignment. I was offered no solution other than to take it elsewhere at my own expense. You'd think for $50k they would at least make an effort to blow smoke up my rear, but I was left to fend for myself. Thanks Groove. I could not be more unhappy with the service. Go to, literally, any other Ford dealer in town.So Update !! I get in the truck one day after posting this review and my 90 day Serius XM trial has been canceled. HMMM, coincidence ??

Worst experience ever. My wife took her car in because the backup camera was not functioning properly. They told her it could be a software update and the car would have to be there for 5-7 days. No one ever contacted her with any type of update. After 8 days she called for an update and they told her that the camera needed to be replaced for a price of $1572! The also told her that every fluid in her vehicle needed flushed! She just replaced most of those fluids at the trusted shop she has been going to for twenty years. By the way all of the fluids were going to cost an additional $2000! She told them that she only wanted the camera fixed. They proceeded to tell her that she had to have the entire lift gate plaque replaced because the clups often break. I was so frustrated that we watched a video of the entire process being done for the exact same vehicle and they did not break anything! They then proceeded to tell her that the camera was not available and could not give any date when it would arrive because it was in n back order. My wife said she just wanted her car back and they told her it would be $229 for the diagnostics. In the meantime i found 5 places that had the part … including 2 ford dealerships!! The price for the camera was under$200… not sure why labor would be almost $1400 for a 3 hour labor job. When she went to pick up the car they took her money right away and sent the valet to get her car. After 25 minutes no one came with her car. The manager finally had to ask if she was still waiting for the car. Finally it arrived in another 5 minutes. Make sure you do your research before agreeing to have work done from this dealership… end result was $229 and no vehicle for 8 days to tell her what we already knew.

We ordered a Bronco in 2021. It took over two years to receive our vehicle, but this was due to supply chain issues. I mention that to say that we have a two year relationship with the dealership. (We stopped in many times to ask if they had any information regarding delivery of our Bronco.) The staff is friendly, courteous, and extremely easy to work with.When our Bronco arrived, Nathaniel helped us complete our deal. We had no trouble agreeing on our trade-in value. There were no high pressure sales tactics. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant. We will definitely work with them again next time that we need a car.

Took my Mach E here for high voltage battery junction box failure. The warranty repair itself went quickly and without delay or issue. However, I was told that they "don't do loaners anymore," and that I would have to get a rental, and get reimbursed for it after the fact. I submitted my rental receipt the day I picked up the car. Over the next 3 months, I called and emailed my service advisor several times each, and never received a response. I then called to speak to a service manager, and was assured that I would receive a call back that day. A week went by with no response. I called and got a hold of a service manager, and explained the situation. They then rushed a reimbursement, which I did receive. Poor communication and being ignored by both a service advisor and a request for a service manager were not acceptable.

This place is hot garbage. My husband's truck needed someWarranty work - Groove Ford had the truck for about 3 weeks, and finally called and said "we can't get it to replicate the issue." (Issue was: the whole dash would stop work while driving, and it's digital, so no mph, rpm, etc). So we picked it up. The next day - the dash goes out again. We call, they tell us to bring it back in. Another 3 weeks goes by - with call after call after call about the truck. Same excuse - "we can't get it to replicate." We go to get the truck and while in the parking lot at Groove, the second we start the truck, the dash goes out. We walk back in to tell the service manager and the exact quote was "we are super busy and don't have time to look." Truck is still under warranty! We drove to another dealership, they said it was throwing a code for the dash. Called Groove back and they didn't care - "trade the truck in if you don't like it." So that's exactly what we did. Groove will never get another penny from us and absolutely tarnished the Ford name.

Horrible customer service. Didn't give all paperwork needed for vehicle, sold me a warranty but it was like pulling teeth to get the info on how to use the warranty. Said they would call me back multiple times and never got a call, had to show up in person(40minute drive) to get any info. Horrible place.

One of my least favorite necessities in life is purchasing a vehicle...the other, a house. However, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Groove Ford for BOTH Sales and Service in the event you need these things. The quality of products, care, people, and full service attitudes are absolutely fabulous! We have been long term service customers and now purchased a great vehicle. Cannot offer enough kudos for Nathaniel (Sales) Hannah (Finance) and Oscar (Manager). We received great care and will return again!

Buying my 2016 Ford Escape was easy and thats where anything good I can say ends. Since buying the car every couple weeks I get a warning light that one of the tires is low on air pressure (This continues even after getting new tires). I brought the car in for service to see if something was wrong and they just said "It's fine. Not sure why its doing that". Now most recently the car's windshield wipers randomly turn on by themselves and I also received a recall notice for the car so I brought the car in to have both of these things fixed. I was told that it would be about 2 days. The next day, after not hearing anything, I reach out to see the status and am told that it will be about 5-7 days! Also, they cannot help me in ways of a loaner car or car rental places they work with so that I can get to work.Update: Now after 3 days Ford has come up with 15 new problems that they would like me to pay over $5,200 to fix. Including inoperable brake lights which oddly enough were working when I brought the car in. Not only had I not had my light notification come up on my dash display but I also make it a habit to tap my brakes a couple times whenever I drive at night and look for the lights in the reflection of my garage door.If you are reading this review, avoid this dealership at all costs or you will literally be paying for it later.
