Made an 8am appointment for drop off and received a call right away to ask when the car was needed back and said whenever. At 3pm called and spoke to John, who offered such rude service. I asked for a ballpark of when the car would be done so I would have an idea of when to head over to pick it up. John said I told them they could have all day, so I rephrased and said ok but generally when and he said by close. So I said I understand by close and asked if there was any more specificity, and he said “in the next 2 hrs and 45 minutes”, which is when they close. I explained that I thought his response was rude and he said they had other cars to work on despite the fact I had an 8 am appointment and offered them flexibility on my car. Wasn’t asking for it to be done asap but just to know a ballpark of when I could pick it up. He proceeded to ask if I knew what time it was. I ultimately picked up my car without being serviced as John made the choice to be snarky and rude. Turned a bad service experience of not having the service done at appointment time and offering flexibility as a customer to an even worse experience when John doubled down and chose to be rude about it. There are so many choices you have for vehicle service in the area, don’t support jerks.

I had a rental car with a nail in the tire, Goodyear was the only place out of the list that enterprise gave me as options to go to accommodate me. I was able to drop my car off for repairs and pick it up the same day! Thank you Goodyear for saving the day!

First time at this location diagnosis and service was excellent and repair was very reasonably priced. Definitely will be back!

Side note: The steps also taken to ensure less germs spread really makes me so happy!! It's hard to find people who work on your vehicle who wears gloves or puts plastic down! Keep it up guys!! ?

Honestly this place needs to be shut down they are too busy fondling each others balls to actually get anything done here. Took days for them just to tell me they can't do anything how does that happen

This is a five star Goodyear store. The staff is great. This is the place to have your car serviced or buy tires.

Easily the friendliest and most efficient tire shop I’ve ever been to. I was greeted by name with a smile and left with my new tires within the hour. The manager is incredibly knowledgeable and involved in every aspect of the store’s business. Super pleased with John and his staff at Goodyear Arapahoe Rd! Thanks guys!

Goodyear bent over backwards to fit my car in on short notice and fix my tire that was leaking air quickly. They fixed the flat and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes - just superb service!
