This is the best moving company of all time! The whole crew was fun to be around, careful with our belongings, fast and efficient. I'm not sure what else I could ask for. A special shout-out for Frank, Mac, and Izzy. These guys were with us the whole day and made quick work of some heavy items. I'm not sure they took any breaks, but they certainly deserved them. I tried helping but they ran circles around me. Benji and Jimmy also showed up to help unload the truck which helped speed everything up. They finished an hour faster than we were originally quoted, which helped us save some money, on an already very reasonably priced move. I can't thank them enough. Hiring movers was a great choice, but going with this company made it the perfect decision.

This is the second time we have had our goods moved with Exodus. Super job packing! They took great care, were efficient and did an outstanding job making sure all of our goods were well protected and packed securely!! Would highly recommend them to do your move! Great job!

Benji and Jimmy did a great job carefully wrapping the doors and drawers of the furniture. They worked hard to place the pieces where we needed them at the end.They were friendly and easy to work with on this job.

I can't say enough on how well Exodus helped us move to another state. Benji and Alejandro drove 500 miles, got here in the late afternoon and instead of waiting till the next day went ahead and took the next two hours unloading the truck. If you need movers Exodus is the best

Benji and Paco did a great job dropping off the storage pod and picking it back up when we were ready.Carlos also did a great job coordinating the schedule.We know our items are safe and secure!Thank you Exodus!Big shoutout to Norma Perez for making this all happen! I texted her on Saturday morning at 8:30 am and by 10:30 am the pod was getting placed in my driveway! Wow! Now that is service!

This company is reliable and honest. They go over and above on customer service. There was a billing mistake and Carrie called me to remedy the problem and worked with me until it was right. The movers, Julian, Bengi and Jesus were exceptional at packing and taking excellent care of my items! I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Unethical and Deceptive Business Practices: Steve stated delivery is normally 5-7 days but they can do it in 3-5 days. Then they said actually it's up to 14 days. It ended up being 29 days. Agreement modification: Contract stated that the remaining balance was due upon delivery. They changed these payment terms later to balance due upon load notification (ship date). Unnecessarily Poor Customer Service: Very difficult to get a hold of, Refuse to provide updates, Aggressively rude communication by Jim.

california exodus moving and storage......bewarethey doubled my estimate to move at midnight the day of pick-up, they left no itinerary. at least 1/2 of my shipment is lost. what furniture that did arrive is damaged and/or destroyed. this is my settlement:"therefore, upon a close review of your bill of lading (contract), order of service as well as proof of loss and damage form, and to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction, the settlement of this claim has been found to be approved in the amount of $69.00 kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience and we wish you the best in your new home!"
