Tyler is a real joy to work with. I've had almost 40 sessions with him thus far and there are multiple things I appreciate about him: He is very knowledgeable and current in understanding exercise physiology; He continually focuses on proper form and breathing; He is constantly varying the routines and adding new exercises; He keeps you accountable for diet; He encourages without the feeling of being judged. Overall, he is an excellent trainer and I'm seeing the results!

Results! I have been training with Tyler for about 9 months, goal was to drop 10-15 lbs and get to 180 lbs now 175 lbs he has motivated and guided me to surpass that goal! Increased muscle, strength and overall health is great!

Been working with Tyler for a couple of months and have been making good progress. I have a difficult rotating work schedule but Tyler is always to work around my schedule. Tyler is highly recommended.

I really enjoy working with Tyler because he's not an in-your-face trainer. He is encouraging and designs workouts that push me and make me want to do more on my own. I have definitely seen results and now I really look forward to my training days. I also appreciate how flexible he is with times and days because sometimes I have an irregular work schedule. Tyler is an excellent personal trainer for whatever your health goals may be. He truly takes the time to get to know you and is very knowledgeable. He is able to create dynamic workouts that push you hard while still making the whole experience enjoyable. Tyler is understanding and takes all the appropriate precautions to avoid injury. Increased muscle, strength and overall health is great! Tyler is great! He is motivational and knowledgeable, he evaluates every workout and changes up the routine as needed. Location in the DTC area is great and I work out instead of dealing with traffic. I would highly recommend Tyler if you want to see results!

I've been training with Tyler for 6 months now and highly recommend him. He keeps the workouts fresh, and seems to intuitively know the perfect balance between making it hard work while still making it fun. Most important is that I can trust Tyler to be alert and attentive as to how I'm feeling, and take care of me to prevent any injury.

Tyler is an excellent trainer. He is very knowledgeable, attentive to my specific needs and goals, and is very careful to avoid risk of injury. I noticed the effects of his training within 2-3 weeks. My cycling speed increased and I had marked improvement of my core strength. He also has a seemingly unlimited number of exercise routines. I never got bored and learned a great deal from him. Looking forward to having him get me ready for a great ski season this year.
