Staff are friendly and helpful, but given the limited hours, it can be tough to get in. In the lead up to school starting, Saturday is very busy, so if you can make it in on M-W, it's calmer with more personal service.They have updated school uniform policies on hand, which was great and kept us from making an expensive mistake.If you need to order embroidery or a uniform that they don't have in stock, it can take a few weeks before it is finished, but they will text the phone number they collect at check out to alert you when the order is ready.

Crazy wait time here I waited for my online order for 85 days, no phone call proper response no call back, wierd shop open timings everything to understand or know the status we need to go to store to check which is very wierd...they need plan all of this is correct time ...as they are aware when the schools start and what supplies are mostly needed...there is no backorder system tracking website process as well...for just 2 small things I drove up like 8 times to their shop that to on their wierd policy of openings on Tuesdays closing in thursdays...huh unfortunately this is the only in-person store where we can try the sizes for our kids....team need to think on changing this process more efficiently not like this way...I know you have somany things but why can't you plan a head of time? Wierd !!!!!

I own a business and do ALL of my uniform embroidery here. Let me tell you I have been to many places before and this is the only place to consistently place my embroidery straight and beautifully. They sometimes have to make calls on where to place embroidery because of existing logos etc. I am always happy with the adjustments and because of that I trust them to do it.I too have had to wait 6 weeks for my stuff. For the people complaining about that I will tell you this: You have no idea what it takes to run a business right now. Materials are harder and more expensive to get and labor is more expensive then it has ever been. Yet somehow certain people are unwilling to absorb the reality of that and want things done immediately and for the same price they paid before COVID. Then they leave reviews hurting a company that depends on reviews to acquire new business.I will happy wait 6 weeks for quality and will constantly continue to support this small business.

I've been waiting 6 weeks for 3 uniform shirts. There website said 2-3 weeks. I sent an email 2 weeks ago and was told they would ship in a week and a half, yet they still haven't shipped. Very frustrated.I will update my review once I finally have the shirts I ordered.

I know there are a lot of one star reviews on here as of late, which urged me to do the right thing, write a good review when I receive good customer service. Let’s take a moment to see what’s good. I was helped my a kind woman today, 2 of my 3 shirts were ready. One somehow got lost in in the cue. She was knowledgeable on where to go check for my ítem. It all ended up working out. I, like others, didn’t have things exactly when school started but we compromised and made do. Navigating treacherous roads is called life and if you don’t pull up your bootstraps and just get it done (without constant whining), you will not make it to the finish line with a smiling face. Likely all of this is out of their control with manufacturers being out of supplies due to a world-wide shut down, life will take a minute to catch up. Now let’s just hope people are able to catch up too. Thanks for the help today, Educational Outfitters!

Went there within their business hours. Doors were locked. I could literally see people inside but they would not even respond when my kid knocked the door several times. Seems that they are not at all interested in customer service.

Understanding that they were extremely behind due to supply/demand issues, I gave extensive grace for the time it took for my order to be complete. I opted for pick up, though not convenient, to avoid extra postal delays and issues. When I got there to pick up my order, customer service was poor, again- give grace for lack of staff help. My bag was on the counter when I left and I luckily opened it in the car as the sizes were incorrect. Took my order back inside and there was no remorse. I was told I could come back in a day or two (again- not at all convenient with the location or hours for a working family). Had an offer been made to mail the correct size or even a discount, I would have been understanding. So disappointed to pay the high prices, wait weeks for completion to be given an incorrect order.

I cannot say enough bad things about this company. If you’re thinking about ordering from them, you should probably place your order shortly after your toddler takes their first steps, in that case they may have your uniforms to you just in time for his or her graduation.

It has been over 6 weeks and we haven’t got the embroidery on the shirts yet. They won’t pick the calls. I have drive to them every time to find the status. They keep telling Sorry, 1 more week. Worst service!!!
