Service was fantastic! They are so helpful and have SO many options for invitations. Save over $1000 on wedding invitations for the same as what Minted was charging. It's so nice to actually look and feel the different paper and see all the options.

I order online about once a month for the past few years and just wanted to say thank you! Your order team and the gentleman who regularly delivers are always great to work with. The delivery guy is always friendly and delivers in the snow. Your order team offers solutions and options when you're out of something. Very much appreciated.

Poorest customer service ever! I had to design my own military retirement ceremony invitation. Poorest disregard for 25 years of military service. Their customers are snobby. Not to mention lack of technical know how, and customer audience. I will do my due diligence to steer any of my military acquaintances with his business. Generally their staff are very rude!

This is the coolest store I've been to!! They've got almost every type of paper products known to woman. Plus the funniest, coolest, most creative stationary/notepads. I had to force myself to check out and leave before I bought half the store ?

How RUDELY I was treated today! I will NOT be back to Donahue, and I've been a customer for YEARS. Well, no more. I was on the phone while shopping there and also when ready to check out. The reason is bc my elderly mom was having some issues and I was trying to assess her situation quickly so I could figure out if I needed to head down to help her. There was only one other customer in the store, who was busy looking for her items. The clerk was at the front desk, as was I, with my items and ready to check out. It was clear the clerk was ignoring me. She finally turned to me and said, "We only help people when they're off their phones." REALLY? She had NO idea why I was on my phone. I wasn't being loud at all and fully able to pay her. I did NOT get off the phone, given the reason I was on. Well, Paper Source, here I come! Guess Donahue Paper Emporium hasn't been hurt by the pandemic, they don't need the business and they don't understand the meaning of "customer service". Bye-bye, Donahue!

100% Recommend! They have saved my business multiple times by having paper & finishing products that other paper stores do not carry. Great supply & the staff is always willing to assist. If you are looking for a place you can rely on for paper or other paper related products, look no further!

I stumbled across this location after completing an escape room right next to it. Once me and my friends understood the power and benevolence of the blessed emporium, its aura immediately called for us to enter. After we crossed the threshold from the mortal plane into the emporium, we were awestruck. Paper as far as the eye could see. I could not exit this building without a purchase. I waddled over to the pen section and bought three pens and a box cutter. My thirst for quality products was satiated. I would drive the two hour commute to this place again.

Wow! How amazingly rude! I have shopped here before and, while not overly solicitous, they were at least friendly. Today was a very different experience.There was absolutely no one visible in the store but the music was on, the door was unlocked, and I thought there might be someone in the office. I went to the far NW corner, not far from the office, where the single, colored envelopes can be found. My client had a very specific need so I found the color and had just opened the calculator to figure out if the retail pricing was going to make sense when I got a phone call from a friend.Because I was working on the calculator (and there was no one around) I put the call on speaker so that I could finish. It took about a minute and a half, no more than normal speaking volume. Surprise! A man came out of the office. From 20 feet away, this man, who had not bothered to greet me in any way said, "Ma'am, you need to take your call off a speaker!"I am very careful about the use of phones in public spaces and I had just finished with the calculator so I immediately switched it off. But then I thought, "Here we are on the middle of a pandemic. I know that I am fighting to keep my business going and to make sure that my customers feel appreciated. What a huge contrast to this a** who, although he had an empty store and parking lot, could not find a way to greet a client or to at least find a kinder way to chasten one. I don't know about you but I have no problem leaving a store that does not know how to deal with customers.Turns out, there is a lovely paper store 4.3 miles due west called the Paper Source. They are lovely, friendly and appreciate the business.Donahue Paper Emporium has seen the last of my business.
