First time giving a low review but it's deserved. Went with my wife to redeem Tmobile Tuesdays codes for a Red Bull. Successfully checked mine out but my wife who was purchasing at the same time in the same fashion was rejected. Her code worked successfully but the cashier manually canceled the code and told her she had to pay for the drink. The cashier volunteered to show us the "email he received from his manager" when we told him the code should work, but after checking his phone and a stack of papers he couldn't find any such email! He told us he was firm about us not getting the Red Bull even after saying I just obtained one myself. We went to the Circle K nearby on Hampden and redeemed her free Red Bull with absolutely no issue whatsoever. As seen by other reviews of this Circle K, just another example of terrible customer service, a bad day by an employee that he decided to take out on a customer. 1 star

Stopped here to use T-Mobile tuesday rewards and apparently this location does not honor those. My husband was able to check out with his reward though, only my cashier had the problem. Went to a different location and it worked, if you have a reward to use don't come to this location.

I stopped in to grab a quick snack. I opened it and tasted it, then immediately had to rid the food in a napkin. I checked the date… 10/29/2022. ?. Really? What is is expired in this gas station? They don't believe in the “first in, first out” rule I see.

I just wanted a Soda. Quick run in and out. Brought some scratchers in that had been sitting in my cup holder for like a month. Get up to the register and he tells my wife and I that we shouldn’t have been so rude not to scratch off the bottom of the ticket because people in line might get mad if they had to wait. Fun fact: we were the only ones in the store!!!!! Then proceeded to tell us that we were rude for not doing it and the next time we are in and don’t scratch the bottom of the ticket he won’t serve us …… what has customer service come to. This place will never get any of my money again…

First visit. Got me some of that good gasoline. They have them fancy pumps with the TV screen. If they would just show Family Feud reruns 24/7, I would give five stars.

It’s always clean everyone greets me when I come in everything is stocked the very nice man helping us gave us a good deal i personally come out of my way to go here and there food always looks great!

Don’t waste your time. Purchased a Dr. Pepper, went immediately back inside and told the lady something was definitely wrong with it and her response complete with eye roll was “you opened it outside I can’t do anything. You can talk to the manager tomorrow morning” like what? As if opening it outside the door is the reason it tasted off and flat. Visited 12/11 at 3:45pm. This same employee refused to help the lady in front of me with a refund of the car wash she purchased at the pump because the car wash broken. Told the lady she also needed to speak to the manager tomorrow. WHY DO YOU HAVE THIS EMPLOYEE??? She obviously can’t or doesn’t want to do anything. But she is more than happy to roll her eyes at customers if they need help.

The late night staff is amazing and friendly. It's my go to when everything else is closed down even though it's not the most convenient to home.Also, compared to all others in the area: their Jalapeno Chedder Burgers are DELICIOUS! Fresh or reheated. 2/$5 I'm not claiming they're healthy, but definitely a guilty/yummy pleasure after a long day and I need meat/cheese/spice and flavor!
