I love this studio. It is close to my house. There are a lot of class times and all of the teachers are awesome.
The problem is they think they are some type of exercise physiologist! I understand all classes minimally 85° but they most often have the temperature at 98° at least. Which I pushed through- Hey, I like challenges. Admittedly , I suck at being in the hot room, but I was accepting the added difficulty. Setting the humidity to 225% is absolutely ridiculous and seemingly should not even be an option for these yoga gurus, trying to make a mark in the world! Get a grip on the extreme climate manipulation. Namaste.

I love the hot yoga classes at this studio offered by Kris and Shannon. I’ve attended a lot of hot yoga classes at various studios over the years and I’ve found both of their classes offer the most consistent traditional Bikram format. So many hot yoga teachers do not enforce the technicalities of a posture, they don’t keep the room consistently hot, they do not correct postures and I’ve seen students doing something completely different from the current posture. I love the discipline offered at Kris and Shannon’s classes. There are not any other studios in south Denver that offer traditional Bikram hot yoga in the format these ladies offer.

Not impressed with the staff nor the yoga instructor. The space is also very dirty and toiletries were not available (and toilet paper was not stocked). They had us wait 15 minutes prior to class before we could set our mats.. and triple charged me.

The studio is very nice and clean. Very similar to other franchise yoga studios. I’ve been a Core Power member for 10 years. I recently took Shannon Ardo, Hot Yoga class. I’ve never felt uncomfortable in a yoga class, until now. If you have any injuries, I would highly recommend staying away from this teacher. She has a one size fits all, I know your body better than you know your own, mentality. Asked me to stop using a block to support my lower back injury. Made the entire class very uncomfortable for me to express my own body how I need to. I felt like I was being yelled at by a school teacher for not following the rules. Wanted to give a heads up to other athletes who may do yoga to help strengthen their injuries and can’t to every pose perfectly.

I like the Yoga Sculpt classes. It adds some nice variety to doing more traditional yoga classes, since it involves cardio and strength training (using 3-15 lb weights). If you like barre classes or just want to add some variety to your yoga routine, Sculpt is a good option to try.

They emphasize their amenities in their locker rooms. However the studios were outdated and the locker rooms were chaos with dirty/broken lockers. It came across pretentious and felt like we were being scolded, not instructed. It also felt very transactional and not personal at all.2/2 instructors I've taken classes from (one was at the Highlands Ranch location) never did yoga themselves during class and didn't even have their own yoga mats.We were told "water is a distraction" by the hot class instructor, and she said she would tell us when we were ALLOWED to drink water. We were told incorrect postures for particular poses such as Eagle and the positioning of our arms. Both instructors gave horrible cues to the point of confusion from a long-term yogi. One instructor scolded us to keep our eyes to ourselves in the mirror. Since the cues were so bad, I needed to observe what other yogis were doing to be able to perform the postures, but yet I felt like that wasn't "allowed". Also, how do you grow and create goals if you can't admire other people's practice?Over all, it gave really bad vibes that I couldn't shake. No one has reached out to see if I'm enjoying my membership/have concerns etc. I do not plan to return.

Hands down the best CPY studio. I drive from Parker just to attend the classes and instructors here. It is a very warm and welcoming environment, very clean, and the instructors are amazing. I especially love the Hot yoga classes by Kris, Shannon and Emily. I love this studio so much!

I’ve consistently been attending for a month and I’ve noticed I’m absolutely getting stronger and I’m getting the poses down better. I take a lot of C1 with Sheena N. I love her classes so much! I try to take them whenever she teaches. She truly cares about my form and adjusts me when necessary and then cheers me on when I’ve progressed in a pose. I am really lucky that I began my practice with her class as it’s been fundamental for me and being able to expand into other classes. I’ve also taken hot, sculpt, restore, c2 and csx and they’re so challenging. I love all of the instructors so far and I am looking forward to soaking in all the benefits of my practice.

Love yoga, wanted to find something with some heat for added intensity, Core Yoga hot the spot. Did 10 passes to try it out. 1st class was free so I could see how they operate. Wendy Randall is a great instructor with a high paced flow. She keeps the class motivated and her flow is smooth.

First time doing a sculpt yoga class and LOVED IT! Our instructor Sami was amazing. The incorporated weights mixed with the heat, tempo of the class and music made it a 10/10 workout. Highly recommend!

Hot yoga was AMAZING. Instructor Shannon is very friendly and guides you through every adjustment you need to make to have much more effective poses. I felt way better afterwards than I ever have after a massage or chiropractor visit. The facility is clean and modern. Wish I could already go back tomorrow!

I tried out CorePower for the first time this week with a friend since we wanted to go to hot yoga and it was nearby. The facilities are really clean, but other than that, I don't think I would come here regularly and the class I did didn't really turn me into a fan of CorePower. The hot yoga class was 75 minutes and the class was pretty packed. I think that is just a problem that's going to continue because I see in past reviews this problem has been persistent. Also CorePower seems to really focus on the physical aspects of yoga, and I think people primarily go for the fitness part. I also felt that the instructor was kind of off putting and I didn't like the way she was talking to people there. One woman almost passed out in class, and she seemed to place blame on her. Just wasn't a big fan of this place and won't come here again. Also the prices are steep here, so no thanks.
