I feel to use the words URGENT care would be a lie. It’s mediocre choose when they wanna check you in and have you taken to the back when they can care at best. The wait is typically over an hour and 20 mins for walk ins. They deny service when you enter their building after 430. Once you enter the back is over another 20 mins to meet with the doctor. Overall terrible service. I mean if you have a white board that tells says 2 hours for an appt from start to finish, it’s takes all of 5 seconds to erase and update it as you get more patients so others are more aware of their time and their time isn’t wasted.

Didnt even sign my physical papers before sending them to my employer. Actively been trying to resolve this issue and call concentra, but they dont answer their phones. Waited 40 minutes and still no answer. Super unprofessional

The pro- very friendly, professional staff and fast turnaround.Cons- went in for flu symptoms. Told the doctor my symptoms but specifically noted that I thought I also had a sinus infection because I could feel fluid in my ears (ex swimmer- I know this feeling). I told the docs I had tested myself for Covid the day prior, and asked if I had to test again. They said yes. After my strep and flu test (Covid was left), I was just so over being in pain. The flu test she went way farther up my nose than a usual test. I told them I needed a break. They still made me test for Covid when they could have simply waited for my positive flu test after I’d already asked to not test for Covid. Sure enough- flu came back and Covid was negative. Ok, fine- that sucked. However, days later the flu has gotten better but I’ve now had to return to a doc for my sinus infection which has gotten worse and worse.I wish the doc would have given my concerns regarding the sinus infection more seriously. It had prolonged the pains of recovery and now become far worse.

My wife was admitted with a bad scalp wound, large bump and bruise, and possible concussion due to a fall at work. The staff and nurse here were amazing; the doctor was atrocious. He examined her for maybe 45 seconds before saying she could go back to work, but that she should be careful because of the possibly of a head injury. I feel bad for the awesome staff here as the doctor is surly and uncaring.

PT department excellent people skills, people very professionals.Completely different next door, for the medical appointment, big difference, must of the staff, looks angry, bad mood, not happy at all, you have to think 2 times before ask any questions,At the Dr. Office, after Dr. finish talking care me,I had to wait 33, minutes no body said anything, I walked outside and asked, what is next,omg one od nurse was so mad, and responded so rude.I think they need some training, and stimulation in order to enjoy work.

If you are here for a work comp injury! I hope it’s not serious , like your spine or anything, because they don’t seem to mind if you can die from it! They will do their absolute best to sweep you under the rug. Does your Doc. Seem like he doesn’t hear you? Doesn’t care, looking for any other problem except the one you have? If so this is a common theme here. Get a lawyer immediately!!! Even then, god speed!That is if your on work comp. Paying with your own insurance? Then you’ll probably be alright.

Went in for a simple drug screening, waited an hour, asked the receptionist what was taking so long, she goes to the back to find somebody, comes back to me and tells me there’s no one back there! Must have all stepped out for lunch at the same time. So I left. Now I’ll have to take more of my time to go back do something that should've taken 10-15 minutes to complete.
