The guys at CTS are awesome! They always get my car in and out quickly and take the best care of it. The text message work order they send makes it really easy to see what work is needed, the reasoning, and costs. Kenny is the best! A+++ customer service.

I love this place! They are so kind and attentive to all of their customers. They’ve helped me in both routine tire and service and also urgent emergencies when I had a full blown flat. I had AAA tow to them when there were other options and it was such a relief to be in good hands.

Kenny and team is fantastic. Made my shitty Monday a lot better. Didn't order anything but helped deal with my flat tire in a smooth and courteous way. Truly care about comfort of patrons- offering coffee to everyone-- and pushed me to front of service for my quick problem and time crunch.

Ray and Kenny are absolutely amazing. Always super courteous and explains things in a way that doesn’t cause anxiety (cause let’s be honest repairs are expensive). Found them on a whim and am so happy about it!

Went in for oil change, which they did. They texted and recommended various repairs, including new tires and alignment. Authorized alignment on their site and they agreed in person to order the tires and call the next day when they were in. They didn't do alignment and never called indicating they have the tires in. I guess it works out since I wasn't charged, but still you'd expect better follow through.

The staff was respectful and friendly. All I needed was a flat tire to be replaced. Which they serviced promptly.
The 3 stars reflects my disappointment in the upsell strategy. My other 3 tires were not worn down, you could easily tell by checking the treads with a quarter. The rep however did his hardest to tell me I needed 3 more tires, and of course, an alignment. When I informed him that I just had this serviced a month ago at a BMW dealership and that they had said my tires were fine and didnt need replacing he had the gall to tell me to call them up angry that they had steered me wrong and that i definitley needed 3 new tires.
Im new to the area, and was hoping to start a relationship with a local automotive provider I could trust. Colorado Tire and Service unfortunately failed on this front. And i will not be returning to them.
Fine people, they do the job, just more of the same sellers attitude. Which I dont have time/money or patience for.
